We have been eating at this place for a long time, but tonight we had the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment ever! My husband and sister in law went in and ordered take out to bring home so we could all have an nice dinner together. They sat down at the bar to have some chips and salsa while waiting to the food. After well over an hour of watching people coming and going, they went to check to see where the food was. Turned out it was sitting there for 45 minutes. None of the staff apologized, offered to remake the food, or anything- which of course made my husband mad and and got him called "rude". Manger went and hid while the staff sat there arguing that he was just being "rude" and offering no apology for their screw up, other than "we're busy" I know it's hard to find decent employees right now, but sounds like they need to fire some folks and try and find people who understand a little more about what customer service is. They have lost 3 long time customers due to their horrible staff.
We ordered an appetizer platter with chimichanga and queso and it was AMAZING! I had the enchilada trio and my husband had the tacos and everything was delicious, I only wish I saved room for dessert. We've definitely found our new favorite Mexican restaurant and will be back again
This restaurant has excellent food at a great price! The decor is very nice and the service is fast and friendly. We will dine here again soon.
Middle of the road Mexican fare. It was tasty, we all enjoyed it. Almost everyone had stomach problems after we went home for the night. Take antacids after you leave and you'll be fine!
GREAT service and DRINKS! The tortilla soup and chorizo queso is my favorite! Will definitely return soon!
Horrible service. We have been left in the back just waiting... the chips were cold.. salsa was sweet.. A.C.P didnt have No C.. wheres the cheese? Chicken was dry. Very disappointed
I know restaurants are struggling right now, but when we ended up here because the restaurant we were intending to go to was closed to have a birthday lunch I wasn't prepared to handle incorrect orders, and cold food. I don't even know how refried beans can come out from the back on a hot plate and still be cold. Two stars is gracious.
Wow this place has really gone down hill use to be really good food. I got some take out the food seemed old like it was cooked the previous day. Will definitely not be back.
Our company have eaten here a few times in the past but our recent experience was horrible! Where do I start….. orders were not right from the very start, professionalism was never present. Then on top of that we get our food and there is a bug in it. So run. Run as fast as you can. Our company I’m sure will NEVER EVER ORDER from this restaurant again.
So good! I got the lengua tacos and they were so good. My friend got a vegetarian taco salad and it was great too. The unsweet Tea wasn't bitter which is often an issue at other places. Definitely would recommend them.
