I just had one of the most disgusting cheeseburgers in my life. A group of us were at Kickback Jack's in High Point for a memorial service. I ordered the "Classic Cheeseburger". On their menu, it reads, "OUR BURGERS ARE FRESH, NEVER FROZEN and served on a fresh brioche bun." I am calling BS on that. That was not fresh meat. First, the hamburger patty was shaped like a flat cylinder with ridges around the edges...just like those frozen patties they used to serve in high school. Secondly, the consistency was off. Any halfway decent cook knows how the "mouth feel" and bite of a hamburger should feel. This burger was like biting into a sponge (consistent with a processed, frozen meat patty). Finally, the hamburger was GRAY! Has any of you ever cooked and served a gray hamburger? Whoever is in charge of that kitchen should never step up to a grill again. He or she should be embarrassed that they are responsible for serving "food" like that to customers. There are much better sports bars out there including a couple of famous chains. Stick with them. The food is much better.
We had hot wings, Philly cheese steak, a hamburger and fried pickles. Absolutely cannot think of anything positive to say. Not one of the 3 of us finished our meals. We each tried some of the other hoping that something was at least okay. The 1 star I gave it was because the Margarita was good. I can drink enough to like Krystals but don't believe I could drink enough to like the food we had.
You absolutely must try the strawberry mango bucket ??? the eggrolls were a miss for me, but I always love to visit kickback Jack's.
Food was 110% spot on delicious. Service was a little slow. My waitress was either nowhere to be found or very chatty with 1 particular table, otherwise this would have a been a 5 star review. Will definitely go back again. Cocktail from the bar was good too!
Delicious food served quickly, great drink specials, friendly staff. And it is in walking distance of our hotel!
This was good. The buffalo chicken dip with awesome ? however the service was slow. We definitely set for a minute and watched other tables be set and served before someone even came to our table and I had to get up and say something. But the food was good in the end.
It is a nice sports bar with lots of TV's. They also have outdoor seating. The brownie sundae is Soo good.
Food is great! They just give you such a hard time if your group is any larger than 6, and they're so rude about it! Is it reasonable to walk into an establishment and get a table for 6 adults and 3 kids, none of which need service?
I was heading home to New Jersey and stopped here for the night. The hotel recommended that I get dinner here. It was nice since I could walk to it. It is a very busy place, but I got right in. Lots of TVs if you want to watch sports. The food was good and the service was fine. There are two bar areas, one inside and one outside.
I can not believe this place has any good reviews every time I’ve been here it’s been a problem with the staff or food or ability to host and cater to our party, it seems as though some people and there parties are treated way better than others. The management doesn’t care and neither does corporate long as they are making some money. There are better restaurants with way better food prices and customer service they really act like it’s a big privilege to come eat there! We work hard for our money never again will I try this place.
