At this point this location needs to be closed down! This is a very lazy location, they never have food available after 7. I just left and it’s 8pm and they literally don’t have any food available. This happens every night like I understand y’all are trying to go home early but this is ridiculous!
It's really important to have people taking your order to get it right, the first time! Otherwise, you have to put someone on the spot! Especially, when it comes to adding and subtracting money! If your cashier can't pass a simple math test. Say, 10 or 11 grades. You need to say next!! I don't appreciate young people giving the wrong change back. I won't want to come back and will let friends know not to trust that particular KFC!!!!???
This location is just horrible. The food is nasty does not have the Colonel’s taste anymore. My suggestion would be to close it down. Not in the ghetto but is ran ghetto. Good area to make money if the food and service was better.
OMG Rude young boys that works here. No type of customer service at all. I rather go to Church's Chicken and sit in the long line at least the people are nice.
Ordered food this evening. No receipt in the bag. No fries were available, which was in my order, and was given only coleslaw and no other choices. Instead of the four biscuits in the meal package, given for Steele sandwich buns. All lights in the drive-through were turned off even though they were still open for another 20 minutes.And finally the chicken itself was over cooked, and chewy, since it obviously been under a heat lamp for quite a while. Threw the food away. Overall, a very bad experience.
The people did their job well the food was good it was just too expensive for the amount of food will only go back if I have a coupon or some kind of deal going on hate to sound cheap but was just too expensive working familys like mine these days
Every time I go here I always get fresh food from this location!
Don't know why so many bad reviews but the food was excellent and the service was fast and very friendly. The. Est chicken I've had in a long time. Wish my KFC in Virginia was this good.
Went there today and Jermaine was one sassy disrespectful human being I will never go back to this KFC again I tried to call Headquarters but they took too long to answer but I will be calling back honestly they were all rude my thing is if you don't like your job dealing with people then you shouldn't take a job dealing with people!!!!
i went here for the 1st time in 10 years today. i had no issues in the drive through.
