It took forever to get my food with no other customers in restaurant now I know why the food was terrible slow and unfriendly staff. I bet the col wouldn’t want his pic up in Russia anymore either
This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I ordered KFC using the drive through. Twelve pieces of original chicken, three sides (mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and slaw), six biscuits. The order was accurate upon receiving. Service was good and fast. The pieces of chicken were small and dry, corn was over cooked, and biscuits were hard. Slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy were good. My fiancé and I were disappointed with the food.
Manager very rude store needs to be shut down. Got my order wrong and was mad I didn’t want to pass my food back through the window instead of giving me my missing item.
Worst KFC ever. I waited in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and no one addressed me. It seems that they do not CARE about their online reviews at all, so the best choice is not to waste your time and money here!
No doubt the worst KFC chicken I’ve ever had. Dark brown skin, dried out chicken. Not to mention the wait in the drive through. This location needs to decide which it is going to be…KFC or Taco Bell because they obviously can’t do both well!
Ordered 2 Six Piece Tenders and other items at the Drive Through. Got home and there was only Eight Tenders and two of them would barely make one normal one!
Waited in drive thru line for 10+ minutes. Not a single car moved, so I pulled away. The other time I went, I was the only car in the whole lot and still waited several minutes before someone addressed me. I think they were hoping I’d think the store was closed. I’d recommend Chick-fil-A or Cook Out for actually decent service
I ordered an 8 piece and only received 6 pieces. When I went back to the location I was treated fairly rudely. When I inquired as to whom the General Manager is and a number I could call, the rudeness increased. Very poor service and even worse customer service
When there on 12/4/2021 website said open at 11;am waited for them to open when to drive thru was told not open until 11:30 went back at 11:45 thru the drive thru ask for chicken was told we have no chicken ask when it would be ready was told she didn't know when chicken would be ready how can you be a chicken place and not have chicken if I could give it no stars I would
How come a drive thru takes 45 minutes??? Literally... Once you get in there you are stucked. They are also pretty lazy everytime I want to order a sandwich they say there's only crispy fried chicken left...
