Do not go here. At 6:00 tonight I was 2nd in line in the drive thu. The car in front ordered after 15minutes of waiting and I waited 30 minutes and no one took my order.It looked like there were two workers in the whole place. One was on a smoke break behind back and the other was wondering the parking lot with her headset on asking all of the cars “are you door dash?” 5-10 cars pulled away without ordering too.I bet someone didn’t show up for their shift. It’s clear management doesn’t know what they’re doing and don’t pay their workers enough.Don’t waste your time with this place because they will waste yours.
I got a 2-piece chicken dinner from KFC. The chicken wasn't fresh at all. The chicken was black at the center, which means it was frozen and thawed many times before it was cooked. Not the business they used to be. Awful!
Stopped in for some Beyond Nuggets. There was a minor hiccup with my order. The manager was gracious and immediately corrected the situation. He handled the situation professionally and courteously. That meant a lot to me. He earned my future business. And the nuggets were great!
The worst!!!!What happened to customer service.When we discovered our order was wrong from the Drive-Through, we went back through and told the attendent she gave me fries instead of what was ordered, Mashed potatoes. Then she told us that we wouldn't be served. Our receipt said mashed potatoes. My wife couldn't believe we were treated with such disrespect. We were approached at the drive thru by two young men and showed them our order and receipt at which time our previous drive thru server shoved the mashed potatoes through the window.WHY MUST A PAYING CUSTOMERS ENDURE SUCH...Has COVID-19 caused us to believe that this is the level of service to expect in the future?
Whew, this place is really questionable...Could be the location, I'm unsure, but it is not a place I'll buy from again. Food was fine.. not great, but it is fast food. The location though gave me a questionable feeling overall. The restaurant was quite dirty, in need of a good cleaning session top to bottom.The people who I interacted with were polite, but I'm not eating "polite".

They had to keep the dining room closed due to the toxic environment.Short staffed workers did their best to service customers who waited in line
line takes SOOOO LONG like for what everytime i come here it takes 1 hour to even order i just leave everytime at this point just close this place down or hire more workers
Not understanding why the lobby was closed at 2pm today. Night before, the lobby was closed at 5pm. Had to cancel my DoorDash order because the line was wrapped around the building and I already had another order waiting for someone else. Staff doesn’t seem like they care much. My suggestion would be if you’re going to close the lobby early, please put a sign on the door so people can avoid wasting their time and their spot in line by walking up to the door, also this place needs new management. It’s getting to a point where I won’t even take anymore orders at this particular kfc because of the service, random lobby closing and 30+ min waits in drive thru
