I know it’s late but it’s 945 and still 15 minutes before the posted closing time and everything is already shut down.
Rude drive thru staff! My husband and I are visiting from out of town and stopped to grab food. We pulled around to the window and sat there for about 2 minutes with the card in hand. The young lady working the window walked over to us, didn’t say hello, call back our order or nothing, she slammed her window shut. Finally after about 3 minutes of just sitting there looking at her, she came back, opened her window, asked if we ordered a 2 piece and took the card. Didn’t ask if we needed condiments or anything. Its all about providing good customer service. If you don’t want to work, go home! Just RUDE! As tourists, we were very disgusted.
Soon as I walked in the door there was a dead cockroach laying belly side up. Food was average for KFC, I'd say the place has seen better management years ago, and on a downhill road. Staff at the counter did their job well.
Food is typical KFC food. Service is fine for most of the time, but could be very rude occasionally. Been here at least once a week for half a year, but will not come back again after the unpleasant experience today.
No answer at drive through, so you’re in there and gonna act like the stores closed? Don’t give them $15 give them 15 cents.
I was in line at least 20 min (so clearly service is an issue), we finally got to order when they told us they were only serving KFC. Really!? You couldn’t put up a sign?! What incompetent person is managing this place?!
The restaurant wasn't very clean but the food was quite good.
Nobody want to work here or something ive been waiting for a 30min just to order in the drive thru they open @11am when the time to open is 10:30 am and im super hungry havent seen nobody like an employee come in i feel kfc miss money opening so late ppl leaving the drive-thru mad burning the road leaving that sad but ima wait til 11am when they open and see if my food going to be hot an fresh
I pulled up the the drive though at 10:32 am one morning. The sign on the building still said it was closed though the hours of operation listed said they opened at 10:30. I waited a while to see if they were going to open late. After waiting a few minutes I pulled to the drive though window where there were two women. I tried to ask them a question about opening but they looked at me and walked away.When I have ordered from here, service is slow.
Last week we drove thru and they were out of chicken except for chicken pot pie as cook didn’t show for KFC but one did for Taco Bell. This week I got very burnt chicken. Stayed away from the skin as too hard. Within 45 minutes I had stomach cramping and spent next few hours in and out of the bathroom. It was terrible!! FYI - mash potatoes (no gravy by request) were good. Would not give them ANY star but only way I could post review. Do not go!!!
