I get delivery here fairly often and I just want to show my appreciation for them always being so consistent. I have some health problems and on bad days or just days where. I'm more fatigued this is one of my main go tos for delivery as I can get a plain sandwich and chips and a drink and it will be here shortly. Especially when I've got a migraine and can't drive. Just walked in to pick up a sub. Older woman was the only one there and would not serve me because I didn't have a mask. I am fully vaccinated with booster. Either she was just lazy and didn't want to make a sandwich, or she was trying to make a political statement towards me. I left without buying anything, yes I had a mask in the car but it is optional when fully vaccinated. On my way home I stopped by my local Jimmy John's on High House in Cary, those guys are awesome 100% of the time.Sorry Durham you have work to do...
I order from here pretty regularly and have never had any issues. They were behind on deliveries tonight but called me to inform me of the delay and I really appreciated the transparency (I also had no issue waiting). Food is always consistent and made how I ordered.The number of people giving 1 star reviews simply because of requiring masks (which almost all businesses currently require) is absolutely ridiculous and I personally love that this location is actually enforcing the rules despite these peoples bad attitudes.
I come here very often and I’ve never had any problems until tonight. When I came in at 8:30 the lady working was already pulling all the meats and vegetables do you like she was going to close, I was not wearing a mask and I have never worn a mask in here and she proceeded to say you have to have a mask to come in and I said I am medically exempt because I am and she refused me service I have three screaming very hungry children and this is unacceptable she didn’t want to make the sandwiches because she had already put everything away it had nothing to do with a mask. Jimmy John’s will never get my service again and I will not recommend this place to anyone from this day forward.
Refused to serve me bc I didn't have a mask on. I get it. They have rules they are told to follow from corporate or the owner. Whatever. If I need a mask just to order, but can then sit in a seat 5 feet away from the counter and eat, breath, and slobber all over my sandwich.... go ahead and explain the logic to me. Don't worry I'll wait.
I love the lettuce wraps but, I wont return to this location because they have messed up my sandwich multiple times. This time I actually called to talk to the manager and he had terrible customer service.
Great service! Candy is awesome!! Restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms were immaculate!!
Food is as expected, but I am giving 5 stars because of the service. I made a mistake when I ordered my sandwich, and they fixed it at no charge, with a big smile and a 'no problem'. Great people
I have eaten the beach club with extra cucumber and easy Mayo for nearly a decade now and I have never been more dissatisfied.No cucumbers, maybe 3 tomato slices, and I’m certain the bread was day old. Dry and almost hardening. Add to it the 40 minute delivery time and it’s not the jimmy johns I know and love.
