I recently placed an online catering order, only to find out upon arrival to the store for pickup that I accidentally placed it on the wrong day! The Jimmy John's staff, especially the Store Manager David, were incredibly accommodating, and were able to make 120 mini sandwiches to feed 60 people within 45 minutes!!!! They absolutely saved my day from my own careless mistake. I was so impressed, and will absolutely be utilizing this store for future catering needs. I would recommend the 9th St Jimmy John's to anyone looking for a fantastic caterer who goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

This is probably about the third time they've done this to me but when I order online I don't know if they just don't like that I customize it or what but they make and an edible instant my sandwich doesn't come with peppers I ask for easy Peppers extra onions and extra lettuce the onions for the normal amount same with lettuce but I have a mountain of peppers literally a mountain of peppers they stacked up when I took them all out into a small hill last time they put so much lettuce on it you couldn't even close it and smothered it with oil and vinegar with the nephew's thing I have ever had and this picture that is from half of a sandwich

Great sandwich. Loved the cookie. One negative though - No wifi.

This location was very rude the delivery guy never brings my sub.

Our subs we got were so stinking good!! A tuna sub and a roast beef and bleu cheese. Delicious bread and so happy with our choice!

Major staffing/quality control/management issues going on at this location. Ordered delivery for two sandwiches at 3pm on a Sunday - far from peak hours. Long story short, waited 1.5 hours for poorly made food with no help or update from anyone working there. Driver did apologize for the delay, but that’s about it.Suggestions for the owner/manager: hire or allocate more drivers, have better oversight on quality, ensure your workers know how to handle basic customer service interaction, and make clear to customers if an order is going to be significantly delayed when/after ordering

I ordered online and the delivery was "freaky fast" I guess so cause my meat was missing off my sandwich. I called them several times no answer and after an hour I finally got to speak with someone. They told me that they would re-deliver my sandwich that day and they did not. I haven't received a refund or anything. Very poor customer service!!

After ordering and paying with debit card the driver refused to give me the sandwich saying I didn't pay. I asked him to call the store and establish payment. He refused and left. On calling the store myself he told them I didn't want the sandwich. He refused to bring it back. This driver weighed in at about 300 lbs. Guess he got a free sandwich.

This Jimmy Johns has never once gotten my order correct.

I always want Jimmy’s after 9pm. I know it’s a pandemic but this is located near a college campus at least stay open until 11
