I am a regular here and only go to this Jimmy John’s location in Durham because the customer service is SO GOOD! always freaky fast! The beach club is my favorite. When Bailey makes my subs she always asks if I have any preferences and asks me how I want my sub cut which makes the experience 5 stars easily!employee Corbin is very friendly and always asks about my day! When Russel or Job deliver to me they get the food there so fast i wonder HOWWWW??! Thank you University for being my Jimmy John’s family! It’s been a pleasure to get to know you all
Love the texture of thier French bread. Can't explain but enjoy eating it.

The guy behind the counter was doing an amazing job keeping the line moving. He got everyone done and out very quickly despite being the only one there. His name was Job I believe.

I was the first of a large crowd and got skipped over by staff who insisted I wasn’t. They don’t have their stuff together and I lost entire lunch waiting.
Always clean, service is fast and friendly, food order is accurate and tasty.

I ordered a #12. Which is my favorite from Jimmy John’s. I order this a lot. That’s a beach sandwhich with turkey and avocado. The guy who made my sandwich, he cut the bread and then dug all of the soft bread from the inside top layer of the bread. I thought that was gross, rude, disgusting. Who wants to BUY a sandwich to only eat the shell of the bread??? I asked for a refund and will never go to that location again. The finished sandwich was sooo skinny and yuck!!! Jimmy Johns really does a great job of promoting the smell of their bread and to see most of your bread being dug out of your sandwich is a no no!! I’m with this location.
