I ordered a sandwich without onions and jalapeno on white bread. They made me the complete opposite. I had wheat bread, it did not come with the mushrooms and peppers that was supposed to be on the sandwich. I called and spoke to Toni and all she could say was we can remake it or refund your money. Seems to me with the cost of gas and my time I should had been offered a refund and another sandwich. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked for the General manager and she claimed to be that person as well. No apology was offered and the nonchalant response and tone was unacceptable. A simple," I apologize for the mistake" may have helped the situation just a little. The order was placed online so all they had to do was read it.

I just want everyone reading this to know I never give five stars unless I truly enjoyed my food. With that being said I ordered a giant BLT and I was loaded with so much food it was spilling out and I had a hard time finishing it. I don't know who made my sandwich but omg it was delicious. I had crispy bacon the veggies were fresh and crispy. I just wanna say thank you to whomever made my food that day.

Customers were not greeted while waiting. I was rushed through orders. Asking what else, what else! I did not get a chance to talk. Sandwiches were dry! Mike's way shouldn't be dry!

Tried to use a e-gift card at this location. The cashier didn’t bother scanning it and said he didn’t know how to do that. Rather than asking a coworker for help, he said they were too busy to figure it out. However, there was only one other customer in the store and no mobile orders in the queue.

We stop here after a doctors appointment in Durham every time we travel here from Georgia. We're always there right at 10am when they open to get lunch for our drive back home. The employees are always friendly even when we're there so early, and treat my gluten free bread correctly to eliminate cross contamination.

Friendly staff even when I show up at 10:00 in the morning and they are still opening.. Good sandwiches and one of my go too spots for a quick meal.

New sandwich maker (to this location) and maybe a manager I'd never seen before here, but these 2 employees did stellar jobs. I witnessed one take such care of her sandwich making skill and ensured to clean surfaces between each order, very well. The other person was sure to be ready to scan my perks barcode at time of payment. Both made me feel like they truly care about the JM mission and values. Excellent customer service from both that day!

At your own risk. They f'd up our order told us we could get our order corrected the next day and the lady on the phone tried to make it seem as if it was our fault like we could not order correctly. When we specifically told them what we did and did not want on our wrap and they proceeded to serve us a sub and a wrap that was not prepared correctly. Wow awful customer service then it continued the next day with the next shift with a conversation to belittle us like we are incompetent. I will go to a grocery store and buy food to cook before I ever set foot in the Jersey Mike's by South Point in Durham NC again. I deal in customer service everyday on my job and would never treat a customer like I was treated at this location. Just ridiculous and disrespectful. Good luck if you choose to eat here.
