I visited Jersey Mike’s on 6/18 with a mobile order for a club. When I got there it was not ready but they were about to make it no biggie. Well they made my sandwich thanked me and on my way I went. I got home took a bit and was like something is missing. Bo bacon! What????I called the store and was told Yeap we RAN out of bacon. He then said I guess we could have put that on the site. Duh you think? But I was in the store. I said I would have gotten another sandwich . What is a club without bacon. When I put my disappointing comments on their website. How about their district manager called me within 2 days to discuss my disappointing experience at this store. She said and I quote “Let me make this right as we do not want to make you unhappy with us.” I appreciated the faith that she followed up and she was understanding my point. I am definitely returning and the next time I will not “assume or wait at the end of the counter” lol but I will ask about my bacon ? ??. I am still loving Jersey Mike’s. They are the best sub place in town!!

All I can say is I worked for Jersey Mike's as a Manager for 4 years at 3 different locations here in Raleigh, NC, have been a customer for over 20 years amd they are hands down, the best sub shop in the United States. I have even been to every good sub shop in the state and many in other states, and no one comes close to beating a Jersey Mike's sub!If you ever go, which after reviewing my review you will, you need to get the #7 Turkey Sub, #9 Club Supreme, #12 Cancro Special, #13 Original Italian, #17 Philly Cheesesteak, or secret menu items such as the BBQ beef, and my personal favorite, the number #99 which is a combo of the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak and the #56 Big Kahuna Cheesesteak! My mouth is literally salvating after this review and I'm heading out to J Mike's now to get my #99 with extra meat and extra sweet peppers!
Got to the counter and noticed 3 out of 4 employees weren't wearing masks (and the other one didn't have it quite over her nose, but at least she was trying). Thought to myself, "OK, not coming back here." Took my sandwich and left to eat in my car, which wasn't the plan, but I wasn't about to eat in. I see a cop go in, and out of morbid curiosity, I decide to peek back in to see if they put them on then. Nope. I step away from the building to have a cigarette before heading back to work, and a guy comes out and asks if anything's wrong. I said, "Kind of. Just wanted to see if you put your masks on when the cop came in." He said, "No, we didn't do that." I say, "Yeah, you don't care at all. Good to know." He starts talking about how they didn't do anything wrong, that it's "just a mandate," and how do I know they don't have health problems. Identifying himself as the owner, he volunteers his own problems, and all I'll say is that I'm not convinced. I tell him my ex has asthma and manages to wear a mask, that 1 million people were diagnosed with Covid yesterday, but hey, you do you. You're wasting your time out here arguing with me. I'm just not coming back. He mutters something like, "OK, good," and goes back in.In retrospect, I should've read the reviews beforehand, but I had time and wanted something a little better than the Sheetz I usually get next door. That'll teach me.
Incredibly nice staff!However; they're all female, (that's ok, bear with me please)and as a former 4-star manager, and FREQUENT customer to this location, I'm starting to SEE the chauvinsm in the management.I worked alongside the "head" manager in another restaurant over a decade ago- and I'll tell you, this stoner is not managent material, even all these years later.Don't work for this womanizer. Please. Ty!
This is a very busy Jersey Mike’s location and they make it look easy. If I go somewhere that has a Jersey Mike’s, I stop and try it out. This location seems to have it figured out! No long wait like many others I have been to and their food is always consistent. The staff is friendly upon entering the store. They always greet every customer and tell each customer “Thank you, or see you later.” Hands down, best I’ve been to!

The food is fine but it takes so long to get the food. I place my orders ahead of time and I still have to wait when I go to pickup my orders. Also, not sure if this is a Jersey Mike's issue as a whole, as this was my first time with the additions, but I ordered and payed for extra meat and cheese and it looks to be made Like a regular sub. It's not a bad place but I won't be back at least not on my lunch breaks.
Good sub made to order. Courteous service. Tables and floors all dirty. Manager seemed unconcerned as I passed up tables until I found one less crummy. He was content watching ESPN and stacking up chip boxes.
