Ended up ordering through Uber eats on Saturday. Ordered the cheese broccoli, and Mac & cheese. Ever since Sunday morning I've had the worse viral gastroenteritis. I puked up the Mac and cheese, as well as the broccoli chicken a couple days later. This entire week I'm unable to work. I got this diagnosed by an urgent care clinic on wedesday. It's the worst experience of my life and it's still going. Idk what the sanitation standards are but stay away. Update: I've been in the hospital since Friday. Two JP tubes placed which i will have now to drain out liver abcess and a lot of antibacterial Iv bags.
I usually never have an issue with JD but today was an exception. The hard half sandwich they served up for $12 plus 2 bucks more for the s.bar( which is the only reason I give it a 2 rating..if not for the salad it would have been 0 ). The sandwich was hard and literally had 3 small cubes of steak on it. I didn't think it was right to pay that amount for something that looked like a sandwich small enough to give a 2 yr old. Well she refunded me$2 (only bc the replacement sandwich was cheaper)and never offered and apology of any sort!? Rude no customer service skills. Trust me there are plenty of places to choose from. I won't miss coming . You've lost a customer.
Unmarked where to go when you go in. 5 people behind the counter but no one making eye contact. The salad bar is still a one trip salad bar, but charging the full price of all you can eat salad bar. Maybe they should change the price to reflect a one trip to the salad bar price.
I've been here once before and I'm always impressed by the difference in quality and service.Becky was super courteous as well as my server.I got a side of soup (Chicken Pot Pie) and it had a little puff pastry on top of the soup!It's small touches like those that always impress me.
we ordered a turkey wrap. it was terrible. one slice of turkey no guacamole too much lettuce and some kind of crunchy vegetables which are not on the menu description. very poor menu descriptions if they don’t come with what advertised.
Today was spectacular and the meal I had here was the icing on the cake. Absolutely delicious, kind friendly staff, and food made properly so fast it surprised me. Thank you so much for the great lunch!
Oops I forgot to take a picture. My sandwich was so filled & yummy. Jason's makes the best sandwich of pastrami, cheese - sauerkraut & dressing. I can't believe I ate the whole thing by myself!! It's their Yummy original Ruben...
This place is so good for a great Salad Bar & Soup. I just came here and it was so much good food for good price. I had the broccoli cheese soup with salad bar and free ice cream. This place is definitely good for Durham community while there’s also one in Raleigh At Brier Creek. Y’all have some good food and thanks for having great customer service and a great restaurant
THE BEST SALAD BAR! Prices are reasonable. Service and food is consistent. One of the easiest and best packaged curbside orders.
