I had this for the first time in like 5 years and it still taste the same and it’s very good. Got a hibachi with everything and it was good. Around $11 and we’ll worth it
good pricing, food is just okay. My boyfriend and I both got chicken hibachi. It was lacking flavor and chicken was hard. I wouldn’t get this again
This place has really gone to poop. Poor service. Poor food(raw) shrimp and chicken. You always have to ask them to cook it well done. The cook gets upset when you ask for things to be recooked. The cashier's laughing and speaking in Spanish so you feel very uncomfortable. And you know to never make your cook angry because they do unthinkable things to your food. I ordered chicken and shrimp habachi combination. They said they didn't have anymore chicken so I ask if I can get double shrimp to replace the chicken. A young lady smartly yells out WE DON'T HAVE ANYMORE SHRIMP. Then the cashier says sorry we don't have anymore. I stand confused trying to understand how do I correct my own order then the owner finally steps in asking what does she want? They tell him and he says...Give her more shrimp!!! Confused Pikachu Face.....I will not return to this location after going there for the last 15+yrs. Way before Kroger left, Hancock Fabrics was still in the complex and before Duncan Donuts were ever thought about at that location, Sheets was a small Shell Station and McDonald's was across the street from the Reservoir. Time to move on.
I get in the restaurant 11:00 am , a guy was cooking at the grill and somebody else was behind doing something , after 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order I just gave up , a teenager came and told us he can take orders because the don’t have cash at the register even when we was about to pay with card , worst service ever , not even a apology to us for be waiting for nothing. Never coming back a waste half of my lunch time there .
If I pay for hibachi chicken and shrimp then I expect to have chicken with the shrimp and I also need a fork to eat broccoli zucchini rice and pieces of shrimp NOT A SPOON!!! I don’t expect for you to hang up on me when I call back to ask you to fix my problem because I refused to leave my house again because I’m the customer and I’d rather you fix it tomorrow because I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced two times in one day after my work. Good thing someone called me so I have to go back out oh and I will be back today! And next time please don’t use such old dry rice for your sushi it’s not good and just like everyone else says the food is hit or miss never actually thought it was a hit I should’ve went to Chick-fil-A or Shanghai since I was in their parking lot first.
I got the hibachi chicken and California Roll and my husband got hibachi chicken, shrimp, and a California roll also. The sushi tasted cheap and gross. The new packets for the white sauce are very watered down, but the packaging is nice and handy. The Hibachi chicken was pretty good. Can't complain. This is the only thing I've ever ordered that doesn't let me down....most of the time. The Hibachi chicken, shrimp and steak was okay, except for the steak. The steak is cheap, fatty, very chewy.Overall, I know whenever I go here, I always set my expectations very low.
Ordered from DoorDash, so I can’t comment on service. However, the food was subpar. Fried rice seemed more like bland steamed rice. The crab Rangoon are done like spring rolls instead of fried dumplings, they’re also loaded with onion which I found overpowering. The steak in my hibachi was bland and tough and the white sauce containers were pretty small. The vegetables were cooked well, I wish there was less onion in the stir fried vegetables and that it came with carrots instead of just zucchini and broccoli. All in all, it’s not terrible, but you can get better for the same price elsewhere.
It used to be great, has gone way down hill. They continue to raise prices, give less meat, less sauces, and the cashier's have nasty attitudes. And they love to close early. I write this review as they have already closed 30 minutes early tonight.
This isn’t my first choice but it’s my second. It’s closer to me than the one that I really like to eat from. It’s ok, just not my first choice. They may just need to steam the veggies a little more. Raw broccoli bloats my stomach if not streamed fully. I’ve gotten sick from trying to eat half steamed broccoli! It almost make me feel like I’m dying and I’m in so much pain from the gasses in the broccoli.
Terrible. Not fresh, no veggies except broccoli and no flavor. The sushi appears leftover from the day before. There was also a piece of fried chicken in my veggie tempura.
