Here is my testimonial-I have grown up with bagels and lox everywhere from Massachusetts to NY to Florida... hands down your bagels are the best- even better than Zabars in my opinion.. ditto for your lox - edges out Zabars hand sliced nova because yours has the exact right flavor combination- neither too smoky or too salty. I hope your business keeps growing- and maybe you can add a russian pumpernickle bagel to the rotation!

I'm a recent Brooklyn transplant, a lifelong NY Jew and I am here to say these bagels are legit. Hands down the best bagels I have tried in the triangle (and I've tried all of the highest rated ones). I would go out of my way to eat these in NYC.

I discovered the Isaac's Bagels window a few weeks ago, and my life hasn't been the same since. I grew up in Western New York and have a decidedly "Northern" take on bagels. I even lived in Manhattan for a bit where the perfect bagel is always a hot topic of conversation. I've lived in tue Southeast for over 30 years now and have often lamented my generally bagelless existence here given the surprising dearth of options. These bagels, along with Isaac's burgeoning menu options, are right on time and oh so palate-relevant. I love their flavor combinations and ranges and how they appeal so widely because of their accessible and approachable business model.Lest I haven't already given myself away, I am a BIG fan! ♥️♥️

Today I tried Isaac's Bagels for the first time at Queeny's. I have been following them on Insta for a while and was glad to finally be able to check them out. These bagels are THICCC. I love the generous amount of cream cheese they put on every bagel. I tried the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Savory heaven. The bagels are a little tough when you bite them so with the one I got I had seeds everywhere so maybe don't get that kind on a first date. Luckily was just with my dog so he didn't judge me. I'm excited to try their other bagels soon! I also hope they bring the cold brew back for spring because cold brew and bagels are my fave combo.

The best bagel in Durham. They have my vote for the Indy's 2022 award (looking your way, Everything Bagels). Isaac is charming, and so is everyone working there. My favorite items are the brownies, brown butter marshmallows, and the ineffable salt and pepper bagel (hand-rolled, of course) with the spicy cream cheese. Isaac also has an awesome orange van that he drives around town- if you like his bagels, I recommend you honk and salute the man himself, he usually waves back.

I haven't found a bagel or a cream cheese of Isaac's that I haven't loved yet!! It's really hard to be neutral about these bagels cause they're flipping delicious. I'm really into the poppy seed bagels. And the spicy cream cheeses are delish, as are the fig and honey ones. I'm so glad he's got a regular storefront cause the lox sandwich is awesome. Basically, Isaac's Bagels rocks and you're missing out if you don't have some of these bagels in your life. Enough said.

I have so much respect for Issac and his team- if they do something, they do it RIGHT. That includes making the very best bagels and marshmallows I've ever had. What started as a well-kept secret among friends and colleagues in the neighborhood is rightfully and righteously expanding with the Queeny's location downtown. Definitely a top food gem in Durham- must try!!

Gosh, where do I begin? For starters, Durham is supposedly a foodie town. In some cases, that is absolutely true, but overall we have not been impressed. Isaac’s Bagels, on the other hand, sticks out like a big ol’ shiny diamond! Dare I say these are the best bagels on planet earth? And it doesn’t end there: I’ve been used to not enjoying marshmallows for my entire life save for the periodic s’more application. Isaac’s marshmallows are exceptional, a real game changer. To all marshmallow haters out there, try this one and I guarantee your life will be forever changed. On the bagel front, well, we order a half dozen for my wife and I at least every 2 weeks. It makes a couple mornings very special especially considering the top notch herbed cream cheese (so good that we haven’t even ventured into the sweet options yet, but one of these days we’ll check out the other options). All said, do yourself a favor and elevate your breakfast experience. Try Isaac’s and find out for yourself why the new, previously underground bagel co. is spreading through word of mouth amongst those ‘in the know’ like a wildfire!

Gorgeous bagels. Far and away the best in town, probably the triangle. I could survive simply on their everything bagels with plain cc, but mix in a lil of that egg salad and maybe a sweet fig&honey on sesame for dessert and I'm dooone.

After moving to Durham three years ago, I have finally found a bagel that excites my Jersey tastebuds. Not to mention the delicious cream cheese options--my favorite is Burnt Jalapeño-- and the coconut marshmallows. Yum.
