I ordered food for two of my kids, they only brought for one of my kids. I tried to contact again so they bring the food for my other kid and the answer was that they'll refund in 9 days, so I had to pay again for delivery from a different place. I will never order again from this restaurant and I recommend for anyone that's reading the review to do the same.

Hibachi 88 on Poole road Raleigh is very good and amazing definitely the best hibachi place to go to in town appreciate there hard work and effort...*!
I ordered hibachi combos on 3/29/2022. Me and the 3 other people who ate the food have been sick all day. Something in it was probably bad. Not sure what food safety protocols are in place.
This place is horrible. I got the chicken and steak and I had like 6 tiny chicken pieces and 6 pieces of tuff steak. And it’s a lot of sus people outside loitering around. I think they are selling things. And the workers are rude. 0/10 do not recommend!

Meal was good and hot. The vegetable rolls tasted like they were fried in rancid oil. I would not order them again.
A lot of people have had a disgusting experience with hibachi 88 and the managers doesn’t care or apologizes when there is something wrong with the food. Last week I ordered hibachi chicken and I never had an issue till that day, there was a fingernail in my food and the manager did nothing about it , I took videos and pictures . I was treated poorly after my complaint so I reported them to the health/ food department. Then when I was scrolling on Facebook I see a friend and a bad experience also when she found a bug in her food. Please stay away from this place and report them.
Now My husband an his friendswent out there an he don't tell me where they be going.either.you can see when you do see them they are having a meeting out there so they are around some good food an come home and tell me about it..rubbing it in my ear for us too go out there on a date..I will one Day soon with 2,of my friend Girls.
