Food was mediocre, but service was excellent. Sat outside and it was extremely noisy due to traffic in parking lot which, of course, was to be expected since restaurant is in a shopping center. Food was disappointing but service was friendly and professional.

We go to Harvest 18 on a regular basis and they are consistently wonderful!
Food was average at best. Two in our party had crabcake sliders and there was virtually no crab in them at all. I had the stuffed zucchini which was a half of one piece of zucchini for $16. Very little seasoning and taste.
As always, a wonderful meal with great service. Harvest 18 is one of our favorite restaurants in Durham.
We dine here often, but have noticed the quality headed in the wrong direction recently. This is a local business and we want to support it, I hope they can turn it around and improve the consistency and quality of the food thatâs coming out of the kitchen.
Nice ambiance. Friday evening and wasn't too busy. Very friendly staff!
The salmon I had was the best I've had in a long time. My father had the mahi and said it was also delicious. The prices were very reasonable and it was easy to get a table for an impromptu dinner.
