Consistently horrible service. Came here the other day to order a single hot dog. The sign outside said one price which I was ok with. The employee then told me a price that was more than $2 higher. Spoke to the manager and she argued with me about the price saying it was higher than the sign. That's fine, but then update the sign for honest correct marketing for your customers. Should not be more than $7 for a single plain hot dog. Employees are constantly rude and been served expired food more than once that has made me sick.
(short version. Slow service 15 min for one shake, unsanitary handling phone while working with food, non productive 4 employees just sitting around talking at drive through window. Two stars due to the fact that the shake was good) (Long version) I came here after work just hoping to grab one of the shakes (I think there called cements) and I ordered one of the dirt n worms one. I pulled through the drive through and pulled up to the window and waited about 2 minutes for them to take my card with was fine as I assumed they where preparing my shake. But after they take my card no shake. I think In total I waited around fifteen minutes for my one shake there was no one in front of me I was the only one there (there not doing fine in). During my long wait about 4 employees where gathered at the window talking to each other and just chatting with each other. 2 of them where on there phone scrolling through Instagram while I was just waiting for my one shake. Being on your phone while in a kitchen is gross due to the fact of how much bacteria is on your phone and no they did not wash there hands before handling food.
This location is a little slow — and has been every time I’ve been. The food is still great though!
Great customer service he articulate,very friendly and was informative.he was on point very attentive his name is Taurus and i will more than likely to go back this restaurant he's the kind of person that make want to go back to Freddy's if he's not the manager he should be his attitude and demeanor is very positive i was there 3-17-2022 staff zone worker the food was outstanding u got your money's worth 5star rating
This place is amazing! The food is always awesome and the staff is so nice. The manager Jarvis is so friendly and truly cares about his customers! Will keep going back and back again.
Prices are very high here, and quality is not equivalent. I spent 10 dollars and some change for a regular chicken tender meal. It was like 3 strips, small looking fries and drink. I do not think I will go there much. It just doesn't seem worth it.
I ate at Freddy’s for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 adult meals and one kid meal. The soda was flat and watered down, the fries were cold, and my veggie burger was literally burnt! For 34 dollars you all have to do better. I even waited for my food, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t fresh! Maybe I’ll give them one more chance with a local. I tried calling this location to inform them, but the phone stated it wasn’t taking calls!
Well, if you don't know this restaurant or you just haven't been, then today needs to be your day. Every time we come here, they do not disappoint. It has some of the best burgers and chicken sandwiches. So, if you're out and about, try them out. Customer service was on point, with fast and very friendly
I was imagining a steak burger to be as thick as a typical hamburger. Unfortunately is was more like a thin piece of steakum. Fries were shoe string fries that were nothing special. Chicken fingers weren't anything special either no flavor besides salt. This is mediorce roller skating rink/bowling alley food that is way overpriced.
