This was my second time to a Freddy's and my first time at this location. I went through the drive thru and the staff was very helpful and patient with us making sure to repeat back our order to us so that everything was put in correctly. We got two of the original double combos and 3 kids meals. The only bummer was they were out of chicken tenders, but the kids were very satisfied and happy with their hamburger patties! Everything was hot and delicious and we got plenty of condiments, and napkins. Everything was cooked to perfection! We will be back in the future to try the frozen custard. I recommend this location for sure. Quick, easy, tasty. Thank you all.
I'm a huge fan of this spot! On the average day I would've given them 5 stars. However on my last visit my burger wasn't the best. I asked for no cheese yet I discovered there was cheese on it. It looked like the mistake was realized and someone tried to pull the piece of cheese off. They weren't successful at all and really should've cared enough to make a new burger. That wasn't the case and I have a dairy allergy so my dinner yeah.... I'm still hungry??♀️.
Burger was good but they forgot the cheese, & bacon which I added and paid for, there was a long line in the drive thru so I went inside. Thought that maybe since the drive thru was full, they would at least have fresh fries, they were not they were stale and tough like beef jerky. The young lady taking my order was very nice and the food was prepared quickly! So they definitely get 3 stars, I’ll just ask for fresh fries next time
This was my first time eating at Freddy's and I really liked it! I had the bacon cheeseburger single combo and the taste of the burger was delicious!! The fries were a little too salty but they gave me an abundance of them!! Overall I was happy with the service--speedy and friendly-- and the quality of the food I received!! I will definitely visit again!!
This might be the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I had to repeat my order twice. Pulled up to the window, young girl ran my card, handed me a receipt, then a few minutes later came back and asked for my receipt back to double check what I had ordered. Then a few minutes later she asked me to pull up front and they would bring my food out. As soon as I pulled around I saw 4 different cars also waiting on food. After waiting over 10 minutes, I finally went inside to check on my order. I got the attention of a young lady that asked for my receipt, I told her I didn't have it because another girl (who I pointed out) took it from me. For some reason, they hadn't even started my order. I told them I just wanted to be refunded so I could leave. Finally a manager agreed to give me the refund, but not before I saw two different customers walk back into the restaurant to complain about their orders being wrong. I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager who gave me the refund was polite and offered a sincere apology, but I'm still not sure I would ever try this place ever again. Seems to be poorly operated and very unorganized.
I’ve been to different Freddy’s and this location is the worst one I’ve been to. Both times I’ve been at this location I waited in the drive through for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. This time I got home opened the bag to a half full medium fries and a crispy chicken with a bun, nothing else. I would recommend going to other locations.
Let me save you from making the mistake I did - just don't go to Freddy's. Today, being the first (and ONLY) time I took my littles to Freddy's, I had no idea how ordering went, as it's not made clear and there were no other people at the counter. EVERYONE IN FREDDYS KNEW IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME. Two kids meals and an order of french fries. When the food came out, I looked at the basket of rings and there were four regular sized rings, and three small ones - a little bigger than a quarter.So, I looked at the employee and asked, "Is this THE WHOLE ORDER?" with such a look of incredulity that Ray Charles could have seen my disappointment.Any sane person would have said to me, "If you're not satisfied, we can get you something else or a refund."Any decent person would have said to me, "If it looks short, we can cook you up a few more."What the employee behind the counter at 2 in the afternoon of May 1, 2022 ACTUALLY said to me, and I kid you not, was "I don't count them."So, I was a bit rocked back, and I said, "So onion rings are a half dollar each?" I got a shrug in response, and the employee walked away.I am uploading a photo to google of the pitiable serving of onion rings we received. It's the one with the word "PITIFUL" on it.Also of note:The kids' cheeseburgers were not recognizable as "meat" more like a serving of gravy that had burned on the grill.The ranch dressing must've gone over at some point - threw it away because of the smell.Whatever substance the straws are made of disintegrates as you try to get them out of the paper. I discussed this with another dad as we stood around watching our kids slurp up the last of their drinks and trashing them, instead of bringing with, cuz, you know, no straw, no container.The fries were so over done as to be a kind of weird chip. I took a ten year old and a thirteen year old to lunch, and we threw fries in the trash can. First time EVER.As we were walking out the door, I told the kids to turn around and take a good look at Freddy's, because we will never darken that door again.Zero stars.
Ooh my goodness the custard and the Burgers and french fries are awesome the you at the window is not only beautiful but she has the Smile and kindness to match wonderful food and staff what else can you ask for.
I'm a Dasher with doordash my first stop with them was 3 days ago my order had been given out four times two different Dashers. But it was not their fault it was the app of door Dashers. But they were so kind and understanding and did not hesitate to fix the order properly. And the young man who is the recipient did not get those other four orders. He was a college student, sincere and honest. I bet the food is pretty fantastic because they do have a lot of traffic with people ordering. But I'm on a fixed income and eating there would be a treat for me as in how does expensive. I'm not familiar with this franchise but the crew they have working at night are wonderful!!
This isn’t the classic turtle. This is a milkshake made with who knows what. Every time I crave ice cream this is the only place open and it’s always the biggest let down. At this point I’m not sure why I keep returning I guess only for hopes it will finally be right.
