As always a great sub, I find it easier to order online as their in person ordering system isn't like most others.Best subs have always been ordered online when I can pick and choose exactly what I want, not the stores fault it's happened all over with different franchises I think it's the system they run.By far though the staff are attentive and kind taking their time to get your order in the best they can and make sure it's what you want. And offering advice to make a great sub if you ask
I went for the free birthday medium sub. I got the ham sub all the way. It was delicious and in a class by itself. This was my first experience at Firehouse subs. The customer service was fantastic and in an orderly fashion.

The staff always greats their customers. They are polite. You don't normally have to wait long for your food to be ready. Please be careful around the drink station. It is self serve. Sometimes the floor is a little wet.
I love this place a little pricey but your paying for the quality.
overpriced, would not refund my money when they messed up almost $30 worth of food nor would they even remake it. they ain't even have gloves on, I see why the sanitation rating is so low.
Disgusting food, it made me sick and I was throwing up all night. The sanitation rating is 90 and when I came back in to complain about my order, I saw flies covering the food.
Very disappointed about cost and sandwich was so small, 1/4 of what you would get somewhere else. Looked like a childs portion, will not return.
