Burgers were thoroughly enjoyed by those who got it. Only one was overdone! Bacon tomatoe salad was great!
Food was good. Service was very low an inattentive. The noise level was also pretty loud
I had been going to Firebirds since they first opened. I hadnât been in a while since I moved away. I was happy to return. It seems nothing has changed. The carpet is the same carpet I walked on 10 years ago when I went there, it is threadbare and filthy. The bathrooms were gross looks like they have been cleaned in a while. And they have a bunch of staff who donât seem restaurant trained. My girlfriend and I used to go there to enjoy a quick lunch or a cocktail but they have really failed to keep the restaurant up.
Our service was amazing! Food was perfection. Wasnât too crowded. I loved it and will definitely be back.
I rated the restaurant five stars even though I was disappointed that they have taken the spinach salad off the menu as a side salad and that you now have to order a whole spinach salad with salmon and ask them to hold the salmon....but I did what needed to be done because I wanted the salad!
Our server did a great job! Took care of us pretty well. Poor part of the experience was the steak. It was advertised to be aged for 21 days and to my assumption would have been full of flavor and tender. Neither was quite true. Iâm not sure if there was an issue with the aging process or if they actually werenât aged very long (if at all). The steak ran about par as far as steaks go, but did not live up to its as advertised/priced quality. Not sure how likely we will be to return, but might be open to trying something else on the menu.
My wifeâs Dorago burger was medium rare instead of medium. Also very salty. My Baja shrimp pasta and coleslaw was excellent. We had to ask 3 times for refills on ice tea.
we enjoyed dinner here recently and everything was great! Our server was informed and helpful. Our food was all prepared to our order. The steaks here are really good and have a nice smoky flavor from the wood grill. Highly recommend!
Service was great and the food was even better. Firebirds is our âgo toâ for a quality meal.
Waiter started off very Stand-off ish until the order was incomplete then apologized for forgetting items.
