This dunkin has the WORST service I have ever experienced. After having to correct my order twice in the drive-thru, I was greeted at the window to a young woman on her personal phone talking to someone about their boyfriend. I was never acknowledged. I only got her hand out asking for my card/cash. I then get my order and it was incorrect. As soon as I look back at her she states in a dismissive manner, "its right." I ask for the additional items to correct my order and she closes the window. Opens it again, and asks what I need.. as if its somehow unclear.All I ordered was a small coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar...I will NEVER go back to that place again. The staff show no respect for the customers and I will never give them a penny of my money again.
I live in Charlotte NC visiting Durham for my nephew b/day. Went to Dunkin. service was POOR. If I could have given them a ZERO I would. The cashier was HORRIBLE. Very nasty 2 me didn't greet me am I am a secret shooter if I worked for Dunkin. she would get a zero. I had to say ur customer service is very bad I spoke to her ab poor service. BUT the white woman behind me she smile said good afternoon. Listen my money is just as green as anyone. All client should be treated with respect and should get great customer service.Can't find my receipt bc I wanted her name on this. Friday 4/22 around noon. Just horrible service.
Not good at all. They didn't say anything when we walked in and the employees didn't say one word to us. We waited and picked what kind of ice cream we wanted but we didn't get any help so we left. Bad bad customer service
Clean Dunkin' that was easy to access and leave from the main road. The staff very friendly and upbeat. Our orders were taken right away. Our coffees were hot, fresh and made as ordered.
I walked in so happy to visit my favorite location. I haven’t been here in awhile. I wasn’t even greeted and I waited about 5 mins to be served. I walked right out and came to leave this review. Do better with who you hire for this lovely company.
Craved dunkin’ for two days, finally when i was able to i went, asked for extra vanilla in our coffees, the lady through the drive through was so mean when i asked, and then i asked for two plain donuts, she interrupted me and loudly asked “you want anything else?” I was so afraid to order anything else because she was so rude. Then threw the donuts in the bag, the coffee cup had a hole in it, and charged me 10$ over the actual amount. Never again.
