Everything was great. The only thing that troubles me is trying to order online. I tried five or six times (on your site and through my email) and still can't get it working correctly.

We all order often, like biweekly. Our hand-tossed and deep-dish pizzas and parmesan bites are always great and accurate.

I ordered a sub, wings and pasta on Sunday night. I've ordered from here previously and had no issue. This time I ordered online and went to pick it up and Jason was very nice this why I'm giving atleast 1 star. My problem is that there was an unidentifiable object in my sandwich. I didnt notice it until I started chewing and it wasnt breaking down and it was tough chewing. I called and reported it and spoke back with Jason was still very nice and said he was putting a credit under my phone number for future use. I'm still thinking about it because I still do not know what it was. I dont think I'll ever eat here again because I'm now traumatized. I ended up throwing all the food I ordered away bc who knows what else was in there. None of the workers that was preparing the food had on mask or gloves that I could see. I saw 1 lady with a mask on and that's it. I'm thinking i want my money back now bc I'm never going here again. This is why I mostly eat as t home now.

The only thing good is the employee who greeted me had the decency to look embarrassed. I placed an order for delivery. Received a call that it had left the store, with a driver and an eta. 30 minutes later, which was 12 after the eta, it was marked as delivered but hadn't arrived. I waited 10 minutes and called. Was on hold almost 5 minutes before anyone picked up. Once they did, I told them the details, but was rudely cut off and asked for my number. I gave it and tried again to explain I hadn't received the order, and they spoke in the background saying they were looking with the driver. Came back to tell me the order never left the building and they had it still. They would be sending it put shortly and aske.. I asked if there would be any compensation or discount for the delay and was rudely asked if I expected it for free. I said no, but something since I've been waiting over 45 minutes and have to continue to wait. He said best they can do is a $5 off my next order. I said no offense, but if this is what is to be expected, there won't be a next order, that I'd appreciate it as a credit. He then said tell you what, come get it yourself and it'll be free. I said fine. See you in a few. Unprofessional, disrespectful, Ryde, so many words other than good. I unfortunately won't be ordering domino's anymore

I watch them yell at their employee and belittle him. It was absolutely disgusting. You should never treat your employees like that for any reason. The guy didn't even do anything wrong. You decided to yell at him for no reason. You should never go out of your way to belittle somebody who has done nothing wrong. I don't know what that manager's name was but he should be terminated immediately!!! He even gave me attitude and all I did was ask him for a cup of sauce. I will never eat from this place again And nobody else should either.

Worst customer service, they do not have decency to say why the order was late and say sorry..the lady who was running around said she doesn’t know what the hold up was.. waited for 27 mins ..dominos this was my first and the last order with you guys. Happy to drive few miles for Marcos. You guys lost my business.

My family has been ordering from this Domino's store for over 20 years and the food and delivery drivers have always been great.On 2 different occasions I have had my order charged to my credit card twice. When I called the store to inquire about a refund they told me that I had to come to the store and show my credit card statement to the manager. When I showed the statement I was not given a refund, I was given a Domino's gift card! Both times. The second time the manager told me that I should no longer submit payment online and pay cash because if it happened again they WOULD NOT even gift the gift card! How is it my fault that they submitted the charge more than once.And now, tonight, a new policy. Minimum delivery order amount. After charging $5.99 to deliver pizza (which is a pretty high charge I think); they have now added a MINIMUM order amount BEFORE they will allow you to pay them $5.99 to deliver. RIDICULOUS! If I choose to pay $5.99 because I would like a lava cake delivered why do they care?This will be my last order from Domino's. I would be happy to try a different store but you can't do that either. They decide which store based on your address!

They got my order wrong even though they recognized that it was supposed to be “well done” by placing their bright orange “WELL DONE” sticker on the box. When I brought it to their attention a tall dark man with short braids told me to get in my car and actually called me names in the process.

These are the $5.99 garlic twists from this location, so save your money for elsewhere. I ordered on a weekday not late at night - still took almost 2 hours and the food was all cold and obviously been sitting a while, also didn’t get any sauces that I paid extra for. Definitely order from a different location if you can.

They were very short staffed, no delivery, but the person who brought my order out was very nice. I was also glad to see that there is a lock code on the door for the employees safety. Also am glad you offer gluten free crust, as one of our family has to have gluten free, health issues. Just wish it came in Medium size, but am thankful they can at least enjoy pizza again. Thank you.
