I didn’t like the strawberry pop tart lol. But overall the cookies here are good! I loved the lemon and the brownie one ! They’re a good size. I love that they have a weekly menu. Icing can be thick on some depending on the flavor but overall it was a good experience!
Our company had an all-day meeting, and we got through thanks to Crumbl Cookie! Ordering online was easy; they were open at 8 am for pick-up! It was so clean there you could eat crumbs off the floor! Brianna and Sydney were helpful and friendly! From their team to ours at Carpe Diem Cleaning was a win. What a great team at the Southpoint location!We had the party box and were able to try two of each of the featured flavors. The Apple Pie Cookie was better than apple pie, and the cornbread cookie was way better than grandma's cornbread. There are no bad flavors. They were festive, and when we were fading in our meeting, we all called for a Crumbl Cookie break! Our company motto is to seize a clean day, and we are now saying in our office, "Seize a Crumbl Cookie!"
The cookies are of course fantastic. But they are so slow. It's not the workers fault as you can see they're going as fast as possible, but management needs more workers. When I was there at 9pm on a Tuesday there was about 15 people waiting for their cookies. That's been pretty typical everytime I've been.

I went shortly after the opening of this location. Just because the place was clean and in a good location, I gave it a 2. As a cookie lover, I was so excited to try Crumbl. Disappointed. The staff was meh and so were the cookies. Overly sugary and lacked flavor. I get that there's a rotating menu but with the selection I had, I was not impressed to give them another try. Haven't been back since. Definitely not worth the hype.
Okayyyy, I really want to love them!! The customer service was great but the cookies were not. The texture is very off. They were dry and not at all what I expected. I brought them home as a surprise for my family and it was a huge letdown. They’re the same taste and texture as the cheap sugar cookies with thick icing from the grocery store, except a little worse.
So, I was excited to try these... the customer service and presentation was great which made me more excited but after one bite it was all gone unfortunately. The cookies are not that tasty.. not even the chocolate chip.. they barely had any flavor and I wasn't a fan of the texture(especially the sugar cookie). The best ones in terms of flavor were caramel cake and boston cream pie but I wouldn't recommend.. kinda want a refund ?.
Brought my crumbl cookies back to Alaska with me, I’d definitely make it a point to go there with every visit. The carrot cake one was my favorite ?
We love Crumbl Cookies! While we discovered the brand in another NC town, the store at Southpoint keeps us coming back for more. We love that the featured cookies change from week to week and always look forward to the new releases. The crew at Southpoint makes their cookies perfectly and serves them with a smile. Thank you!
