Food was delicious! Servers worked together to make sure we were taken care of!

Restaurant was not busy.. Was seated right away but had to wait at least 10 minutes for a server to come to our table to take our orders. Even though she passed our table 3 or 4 times with things for other tables and told us each time she'd be right with us.... Her name is Misty. Food was good but we had to keep asking for refills for our coffee..... The picture is of the scrambled egg hash Brown casserole which was delicious...

Before we sat down to eat. We spent about 60 already in the store. It was my 1st and very last time going to ANY crackerbarrels. Our waitress Ms Deja's customer service sucked! I asked for french toast eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese and bacon she brought me pancakes (see pictures). I asked where silverware was she was like in front of you. I made a comment about the eggs gat attitude do I want 3 vs. 2 we paid like 12 for the bill and stepped off. Ms. Angela was nice gave us free pancakes 2 go. Shout out to Ms. Jen in the store helped me find star wars mug that was in sale. I ended up getting a beanie ty dark vader stuffed animal.

We’ve been going to Cracker Bartel Restaurants since they opened. While traveling, you knew what you getting at each one, all great! We recently stopped at the one on Hillsborough Rd for lunch and was greeted as we walked in by a man encouraging us to shop in the merchandise section. We said no and had to weave our way through overcrowded isle to get to the hostess. Although it was lunch, there was plenty of tables open and the waitress came by quickly for our drink order. The menus were sticky but we knew what to order without looking at them. The waitress soon brought our drinks and fresh biscuits. Our food didn’t come for over 30 minutes, with the waitress saying “your food will be right up!”When it did come, it wasn’t the quality I remember. We didn’t see our waitress again until she brought our bill. There are signs encouraging you to pay remotely, but I only had cash. You had to again fight your way through isles crowded with dinners waiting in line to be seated and those waiting to pay to leave. It was a mad house, with a handicapped lady on crutches blocking the only way in/out. I can only imagine how dangerous this congested area would be in the case of an emergency. Shame on Cracker Barrel putting the few pennies profits in junk sales over customers confort and safety. We’ll never stop at Cracker Barrels again!

Portions too small. Nothing really great about it.

After getting over their years of institutionalized racism and homophobia, we thought we’d trust Cracker Barrel to provide Easter brunch for my family. Because their inflexible options failed to provide exactly what we wanted, we worked tirelessly to come up with an order and placed a day in advance. When we arrived for pickup, we were advised that a substantial portion of our meal had been burnt and needed to be prepared again. We waited 20-25 minutes after the contacted time. Finally, our order was ready. We twice asked to make sure the entire order as included. The woman who brought the order feigned unnecessary obeisance and promised us that everything was there… and was very hot. We would find out when we got to my family gathering that both were flat out lies. They failed to provide an order of bacon for ten people and vegetables for five. After we were at the dinner, we received a voicemail message that they had missed a bag. Really??? We called, and after they disconnected us three times, we were finally given a manager who offered to refund $40. Each side was $13. And so they gave us $14 to cover thick bacon for ten people!!! What a great racket if you can do it. Charge full prices and provide 50% of what people pay for and refund 30%. And say, “God bless you.” That’s not customer service. It’s robbery.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, not an issue. We get seated then waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to take our drink order. If we hadn’t been driving all day we would have left. We usually love all Cracker Barrel’s as service is usually consistent at each location. The corn bread and bread came out 20 minutes after we ordered and the cornbread was stale. When the food finally arrived it arrived cold. The gravy was congealed to the country fried steak. Worst meal in a long time.

Love the decor, fireplace, store and very nice people.

worst restaurant. no dumplings. no pinot gregio we are here from connecticut. just wanting a southern meal. just aweful

Nice Place to eat. Food was really good. I love it on Thursday because I like there Stuffing and turkey with gravy but for some reason they didn’t put the turkey and gravy on the same plate as the dressing, it was separated, not sure why. Overall everything turned out to be good. A little slow but I guess it’s because of Covid and being short staff. Service was so so.
