This restaurant is in a strip mall that completely misleads the quality of this food. I just ordered some to be delivered, it was brought in a paper bag. Think of your seafood cooked in a flavorful soup, then ladled into a plastic bag, then into another plastic bag, then the bags are placed in a paper bag. Seems sketch, right? Probably the best seafood I've had in Durham. Never judge a book by the cover. This food was EXCEPTIONAL. It's tasty, it's messy, and it's worth it.
This is my first time at this restaurant I came in asked questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. I had the shrimp head off sausage boil. I had the crab sea special blend and it was awesome. I requested hot butter and salt my request where immediately attended to. They checked on me multiple times. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants Seafood. I did not have the Chinese but everything looked wonderful
Went here yesterday for the first time. I ordered the garlic wings and steamed rice. The food was actually really good. I originally though it was the old buffet until I walked in and noticed it was different but decided to give it a try. I was told I had to wear a mask, which was fine but no one else was wearing one who came in. I felt rushed when making my order, and lastly the wait was a little long so by the time I got back to work from my lunch break I didn't have time to eat it lol. If I go back I will just eat there I guess. It was really neat and clean though. Nice place if you have the time.
So glad we found this place, delicious food and great service. One side of their menu is a nice selection of all different kinds of seafood you can get steamed in a bag with potato and corn on the cob and the other side is typical Chinese food items. We had the snow crab legs in garlic butter sauce, fried dumplings and chicken fried rice and everything was really good. Our server was a young man, the receipt says Casher, he was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It looks like a popular place for takeout too as there was a steady stream of customers picking up food while we were there.
Food was great our server diamond was great highly recommended she definitely deserves more money for her hard work. The flavor was good just wish it was more for your buck. Nice lively atmosphere ave very nice inside

Walking in was awkward I didn’t know if I should seat myself or not. It was so silent I didn’t even want to speak. No music nothing. My food came out not even a minute later of ordering which had me thinking was this food already sitting just waiting to be ordered?? None of the seafood was cleaned (see pictures) also my shrimp were so hard to chew I sent it back. They tried to tell me I was wrong. Also ordered half pound of crabs and this is what they gave me (see pictures). Definitely not worth the $40. The only reason I did not go to red crab is because I did not want to drive 20 minutes. This was my first and will be my last time here. The lady had the nerve to ask for a tip..
Due to the location, the restaurant looks like it may be mid-tier. This is definitely a high tier restaurant.I've had beef & broccoli, dumplings from them (traditional Chinese food), and two seafood bags from them. So, I've experienced both categories they offer- Chinese and Seafood; both are of high quality. The dumplings and beef & broccoli tasted better than any Chinese restaurant around.The seafood tasted better than seafood I've had at Red Lobster, and the seasoning is immaculate.The service workers are incredibly kind and always checked in on us consistently and were patient with us; I felt like they really cared about us and our visit.Highly recommend!(Also, I'm a black woman, so don't feel any nervousness entering here!)
