Cookout has the best bbq and double burger trays and wonderful customer service, but today I went and the cashier Natalia had the worst customer service I have experienced so far, she got an attitude when I asked for my receipt and she did offer me any condiments, and was talking with another employee, while I was getting my order. Poor customer service. She definitely needs to be removed from the job..
Line always moves fast. Great late hours. Now they have a walk-in taco! The best shakes. Great prices. The Cajun chicken sandwich is grilled chicken and so incredibly good. Cook out is hands down my favorite fast food around.
I've had great reviews but this one time was really bad/ the milkshake was just ice cream can't drink it and ordered tray and it was all messed up. Just wrong waiter/server. She needs to go!
Now I know why they are rated so high for their milkshakes... Blueberry shake is the best, period! No one can come close to it. Try all banana related shakes too.I did try cheese quesadillas, but not the greatest. Would stick to shakes only.
Mmmmmm-MMMMMM! YUM YUM! This cookout is delish! Food is hot and fresh. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and cheese fries with cajun seasoning. They stay open late and have excellent milkshakes!
Long line but good enough to show how many people love this drive through. The service is fast and very helpful. The staff are amazing and respectful too. My kids and I just hang out outside and enjoyed our delicious Cook Out burger and our ever-favorite milkshake. This is Five-Star for me and my family
Overall the experience wasn’t so good. First the employee who was a black guy was completely unprofessional, second the bathroom was in terrible condition, no toilet paper nor the toilet was clean, I strongly suggest the owner of this restaurant to review their employee’s performance in order to deliver an excellent customer service if he wants them to return.
