These guys and gals at this Cookout work very well under pressure. Lines get long on both sides and move fluently still. I know customers can be impatient but the staff does not allow that to affect their performance do deliver amazing service.
Waited for 20 minutes all while I could see my order sitting inside on the counter. Several times I knocked on the window and asked if someone could hand it to me only to be told “I’m not working walk up, you’ll have to wait”. Absolutely unacceptable, how some many people can be working so hard to get so little work done is astonishing. This location is in desperate need of some strong managerial leadership.
They added cheese and Chilli to my fries, didn't order it didn't want it and no idea if I got charged but ate some of it because it wasent worth the hassle of getting it fixed. but it was 7. Some thing for a regular burger tray..
I’m saying this only to make sure others are careful, take caution eating here, my stomach started hurting after I ate a burger from here on Valentine’s Day, and it still hurts. It went away for a while but now it’s back for some reason. Be careful eating here they can mess your stomach up.
The food was hot and fresh!! Great taste as well!! It took a little longer than usual to complete my order, but the cashier was very nice!! Overall, Im pleased!
Take out is not gourmet cooking but takes like a backyard cook out and is comfort food at its best. The west coast may have In-N-Out Burger, but Cook Out wins hands down. Cajun chicken sandwhich, onion rings and a cheer wine float made for a perfect afternoon.
It was totally worth the wait!!!..I was in line for about 20mins and got a burger with all veggies and added bacon and a side of onion rings!..It was all fresh made and delicious.... the bacon was crunchy!!!..Great experience!.. Thanks.

I am sorry to report that this place all but put me in the hospital. I've been here many times before. I will not be back! I spent two days in the bed sick as a dog after eating here. More and more I've been having trouble at any of the cookouts I go to. Usually a problem with the order or change from payment. But like I said this time can only be described as food poisoning. Don't know if it's a supply problem with the quality of the food, or cleanliness problem at this particular store. It is a shame, I do enjoy their food. I had food poisoning once when I was in Mexico. And this event at cookout was exactly the same. I do not like giving places bad reviews. But in this particular case I have no option. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to pick up a meal.
Hot food , the wait is absurd.The trays should have an option to leave off a drink ...some of us just don't do fountain drinks or what's offered. ...Chic fila does on their combos just FYI.
