The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful. At 1:30 am on March 17, they were kind, courteous and made me feel at home. This was at the walk up window, when they had several cars in the drive thru. For price, value and service, they cannot be beat.
We love the cookout we go at least 7 days a week no lie. Love the milk shakes too. Great and friendly service!
Great value sandwich diner! We ordered two cookout trays and upgraded to milkshake for an extra $1.2!The Big Dbl Burger was delicious with generous servings of fried onions. Highly recommend getting all the free toppingssides:Bacon Wrap- generous serving of thin bacon wrapped in a tortilla with lettuce. A bit salty and dry but very filling.Corn dog- traditional corn dogHush Puppies- e was not a big fan but L enjoyed.Cheese Bites- DELIOUS HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Basically fried cheese curds with tater tot like outsideMilksakes- very large and delicious with lots of flavors to try. We ordered blueberry and peach cobbler which had large peaches of peach in it. We would order both again. Great serving size!
The meat is very cheap and greasy, has no flavor at all, no seasoning.Cheese is cheap not much flavor.Mayonnaise is cheap very little flavor and white ?. Real Mayonnaise isn't white !!Pickles OK, Not enough lettuce on sandwich and tomato was pathetic not good.Fries were old been sitting no seasoning and greasy.Chili Cheese Fries looked to have been sitting, the cheese is pathetic, cheap very little taste and the Chili was over cooked and seemed to have the same meat as the burger CHEAP.I've ordered the same thing 3 different times got charged different each time.This place needs management NOW !!The Owners aren't involved or interested in having a quality business it's very obvious !!
I eat here all the time. they missed my food up and I went back to get it replaced and the boy Julius was so rude it won't even funny. That man needs some more training or he needs to have another supervisor up there watching him all the customers is trying to do is get a bite to eat and go on about their business not get fussed out because the cooks made a mistake.
I’ve gotten their food a lot recently cause of how good it is. I used to get Coke Floats but I don’t drink soda anymore but I swear their sweet tea,Cajun fries and Bacon Ranch Wraps are very good and are delicious!!
Came here to get a quick bite to eat always been a fan of cookout one of my favorite fast places to go to. This location was very busy with cars so I decided to park and walk up to the window. I then noticed as I was about to order there was around 6:00 Cooks all within 2 to 3 ft of each other none of which were wearing a mask only people at the drive-up window were participating in wearing a mask to show the public that they have safe serving procedures. It's curious to me why food inspectors are not being involved with checking periodically if businesses are wearing masks as they should when they are handling people's consumption items let alone consumer goods. When I mentioned oh wait I'm sorry nobody's wearing a mask that's cooking the food the little Spanish lady rolled her eyes and closed the door to the window said nothing to me turned and spoke to all the people inside as I watched two of the girls doing line cook work rolled her eyes and continue as if nothing happened. They continued and did not return to the window.
My husband wanted an eggnog shake. Sat in line for 45 minutes before taking our order. Once you are in line you can't get out. We were in the left lane and the right lane was moving four times faster than the left lane. Once we got to place our order we were told they were only making vanilla shakes. My husband didn't want a vanilla shake. We had to wait another 15 minutes before we could leave...there were only two cars in front of us. When we went by the window, the guy waved at us. There should have been a sign stating only vanilla milk shakes were available.
My takeout order was as wrong as possible: both hamburgers didn't have condiments or tomatoes ordered, plus one hamburger patty was squished barely covering half of the bun. Definitely not the Cook Out I remember.
