Food quality was fine, rude workers in the back though could use more training. If you don't care to grab a condiment or have a system to keep them up front, don't work serving customers or get a better system in place. Ride a** young people with no customer service skills have no place working in food service.
Drive thru line is consistently massive in the evenings. Can take upwards of an hour if you want to wait through it. Shakes are great but the rest of the food tends to be stale, soggy, and/or overcooked. Absolutely can not recommend any time after 9:00pm. Literally just drive to any cookout within 30 minutes of this one and wait through their line. You’ll get your food sooner than if you waited here.
The service is fine, and the food is great and almost always accurate. But if you choose to go through the drive thru during any relatively busy time, you should set aside at least 30 minutes to get through the line. It’s miserably slow and inefficient.
I got a two hot dog tray with cheese bites and fries via the drive thru. Even with a line to the beginning of the parking lot, I got my food at a quick pace. The fries were a little weak compared to normal. Everything else was great.
This is a super clean dine-in version of Cook Out with a dozen or so indoor tables. Service is always fast and friendly. For a while they had fat straws for milkshakes which was awesome and unique, I hope they bring them back. Take-out has one lane compared to the ordinary two so there are much longer lines that go slower but they process orders at lightning speed. Definitely love this location especially for dining in.
It’s not the best food. However, it’s hands-down the best food available AT THIS HOUR.It’s kind of like a Nic Cage movies on USA Network in the middle of the night: you can’t steer away. Nor should you try…just let it happen.Sure, this choice will bring with it to the table an emotional potluck, with regret as its cornucopia; however, sometimes you gotta bleed just to know you’re alive. Now, go to bed.
The drive thru lane was really long so I decided to come inside and did dine in. Quick service and as usual not a bad meal. Had the walking taco which was a bit too salty but overall the food was ok. Opens late but dine in is only until 9:30 pm. Parking is available on site.
They were so packed the lane was behind the building. They're so slow , my order wasn't right at all. However I will say the cashiers were so sweet and nice. That I didn't even complain, also it was to packed to even go back. You can tell they need more help .
Horrible experience.Rushed the order...When we got to window.Rushed our requests for condiments..Didn't give us napkins, spoons or straws..Rushed us as we tried to check our food....got home got a hamburger with nothing on it instead of the bbq sandwich I ordered and the order taker repeated my bbq sandwich twice .sooo .then when I tried to call .guess what?? no one answered the phone when I called ..more than once...I'm so done.
Covid disaster waiting to happen. Literally 100% of the staff with masks below the nose, below the chin, or with no mask at all. It's obviously intentional as any improvements were rapidly reversed. When I asked for better safety, one employee actually got angry and stomped off rather than getting a mask. Avoid if you want to stay remotely safe, even at the drive through window.
