Don’t go to this location! I thought it was better than the other ghetto Durham location; but I drove 30min out my way for some Church’s @9:30 only to be refused service! Despite being open until 10, they don’t serve customers past 9pm to clean the restaurant! I will never give another Church’s my business again until they do something about this.
Great Service. Very lovely employees. But the infrastructure of the place need to be improved. The cash register were not working. The windows were durty and the surroundings too.
Waited a while for the food, and even tho the cashier repeated the order back twice she still managed to get it wrong. Didn’t notice until I got home. Check your bag before you leave!!
It saddens me to have to post this but it was my experience it took place on Saturday, February 26, 2022. I have gone to this location for many years and I have never had a problem the customer service is always good and the lady at that location that is the manager is just priceless. I moved away from Durham and was actually passing through and thought about getting some chicken from this location. I went to the line everybody was very nice and I paid for my chicken. I had about an hour's drive before I got home once I arrived at home I opened the box and the chicken was "SPOILED"!! It STUCK UP my whole kitchen, I could not believe they sold it to me. I tried to call the location in Durham and it gave me a recording that the phone number had been changed. I put the chicken in the refrigerator so that I could talk to someone about it called again on Sunday and spoke to another location about the correct phone number and they said that their number had been changed and he didn't know the number. This morning I called Church's Chicken corporate office and filed a complaint they said they would pass it on to someone else who would get back in touch with me. I hope so because I do not want any customer to have that type of experience that I had I had given the chicken to my little ones to eat so I was absolutely devastated.I want to receive my money back for that bad chicken and I will never return again.So upset right now!!
I waited 45 minutes, stuck in a narrow drive thru. Manager got mad when I asked what was ready and didn't require a hold time. I had to come inside and watch her make my food (Yeah, her attitude was THAT BAD.) Worst experience ever!!??
Long line and very slow. Drive up menu doesn't work. Have to drive to pickup window to order. Food was good.
They were slow and I ended up leaving going too another location new burn ave in Raleigh better and faster
Chicken tasted old but it was my first time trying Churches. Honestly not really my kind of chicken spot. Great customer service at this location though!
The place is a little dirty behind the counter..paper was in misplace and many more items..I employees are very friendly and had great manners...I'm guessing the disoray was due to them just opening back up from covid..food was fresh and hot..I'll definitely be back.
They’re always friendly, I just wish that they would fix the ordering intercom and hire some people to work. It always seems to be only 1-2 people working at a time all the time.
