Went yesterday 5/16/2022.Will never return again. Only reason for the one star is because I couldn’t do no star. Placed my order for the $5.99 3 piece Texas special. When she gave me my total she said $11 and some change I said why because the special on the sign said $5.99 she said I didn’t ask for the special which I clearly stated when I ordered I wanted what was posted outside the establishment. Then she calls for the manager and she said she didn’t know how to credit my card back. After the way I was treated I just wanted my refund and will never return to this location again
Food is not what it use to be, drive thru took forever, and the prices was not worth the meal. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the lady (cashier, order taker, order packer)did her best with obviously understaffed crew.
What a waste of money! I ordered the Texas Tenders & butterfly shrimp. The tenders were the only thing fresh. The order taker was very polite but they get a thumbs down for serving terrible food. Smh!
For the Village/Miami Blvd location. The Best fried okra ever! I was supposed to go home with it. I finished the whole family box before I got home.
I drove from Holly Springs NC to get some church's chicken. My chicken was not good.The wing was smaller and it tasted burnt. Will not be going there again
This place was the dirtiest I've seen an active restaurant in years!I watched the staff repackaging food and sending it out after sitting in some container...They were "moping" the floor with a... BROOMYUCK!please don't order food from here if you want safe food.
Waited over an hour for delivery food. Would not recommend
10:30 am looking to buy fresh hot chicken, 10 pic mix $17, price really really, up an no siding.. drop chicken off dnt look , cause 10:30 am fresh hot chicken looking for, but they lied, ask them was it fresh, hot chicken sense just open. Alton mgr/ other lady said fresh an hot...old chicken grease and mess stomach up an after calling he remember, and said uhmmm., so what you want me do...a mgr to ask a dumb ass Question...so had to tell him spending $17 on off chicken a refund or fresh chicken...Alton bro...get it together, dnt play with people money and food...
Ordered on Doordash and they stalled for almost an hour while my dasher got there just to cancel the order with no legitimate reason today on 1/7/22 around 9pm after I ordered at 8:07pm. Refunded a $40 order with no reason behind it. Bad service and needs to be off Doordash. Will email the owner as well.
This place deserves a negative 100 rating. This place is horrible ordered 2 10 pieces and the chicken was awful I guess the grease was old because the chicken was dark and tasted burnt. And to top it off the guy had an attitude because I took it back asking if I wanted my money back ummm yes. I will not visit there again
