I love love chipotle, but today is a different story! Today I got a topping that I didn't ask for. I'm hungry & disappointed.

This is the closest location to my house and I go a few times a month since 2 years of living here. I stopped online ordering because pickup times were longer than people in line with no way to cancel. Online orders often miss ingredients and portion sizes wildly vary.I have witnessed employees multiple times, transfer old food into new food pans. Cross contamination is very high. The corn salsa was all over the counter and spilling into other ingredients. Cheese and lettuce were scattered all the way to the register. It pains me to say this but because I have food allergies and chipotle is considered safe, I no longer will visit this location due to cross contamination. I do not want to fear for my life when inspecting every bite with possible fear of contamination.Employees here do not care, it saddens me that the line looks filthy and no way to tell what happens to the food you cannot see in the back. I really hope this location gets it act together as it used to be very reliable.

This location closes at 10pm however for some reason they’ve been locking doors, turning people around and disallowing people inside well before 9:30pm. 9 people in line and the servers just stopped serving because whoever the lady in charge on duty said they were closed. This was 3/27/22 at 9:38pm. She went to the back and stayed back there upset. At 9:45 I saw 5 people turned around, disappointed talking about their hours. And to top it off, the serving station was a complete mess.

Being a big fan of chipotle this branch disappoints me most of the times when I get food from there .The place is near to my home and office and hence is usually a quick go to place for lunch. I found meat piece once when ordering veggie rice bowl. Ordering in person even to get a very decent amount of corn or mild salsa or sour cream you have to ask three times minimum and if it’s online order you barely will have the top off items. I’m writing this review today eating a rice bowl with hot sauce overloaded when I asked specially asked for very little hot sauce.

I've been to Chipotles in 5 states, this is the worst run one I have ever seen. I feel sick that I ever ordered to go from here without going inside and watching the process first. For starters, the first individual taking my order was rushing us through. The cross contamination was everywhere. I watched beef drip into chicken, chicken into softitas, etc. If you can't eat one or the other, I can promise that you are getting some. Part of the problem is the utensils they use, but the other part is how they just rush. The next part of cross contamination I saw was an order number sign getting dropped right into the mild salsa, then they continued to serve the salsa on my bowl. For future reference, don't ever do this. If you contaminate your food, you need to dispose of what had been touched. The design of the how ingredients are laid out are also...off. I'm not sure how to put it. Go in and take a look. The icing on the cake is when I paid over $2 for chips, which actually was a bag of air with 20 complementary slightly stale chips, picture provided. When you have multiple employees making these level of mistakes, ultimately it is management that is responsible. You didn't set any of those employees up for success. They clearly were rushing so as to not have any consequences later. They don't have the correct utensils. They are placing items near food that could fall in. They allow meat cross contamination. These are things you should be addressing in training and emphasize it.Part of the problem is how many to go orders they rush to fill. I'm not sure how to address that. That's a culture problem how so many people will blindly eat at chipotle instead of any of the places next door with no lines at all and safe food. Also, parking is terrible here. Though that's probably not on Chipotle. That whole block has some of the worst designed parking lots I've ever been in.

I have high expectations for Chipotle, for valid reasons. They are consistently clean and the customer service is good. The food is a very good quality. This location is no different. The staff should great customer service, worked through a long line very quickly, and had a great attitude even during the lunch rush. They easily earned the five stars.

Very disappointed. I'm from Denver and have been eating at Chipotle for 20 years and this store is almost enough to make me never go back. We've had an issue every time we've ordered from this location. Today, I received a quesadilla with no cheese on it.... How does this even happen?

This Chipotle location may have put me off Chipotle in general! Ordered a veggie bowl and got a piece of beef along with it!!! A couple of times, they forgot my guac, but this is the first time they inserted something unwelcome.Look at the other reviews! I'm not even the first person this has happened to!!!Take your business elsewhere! If you have to eat here, always order in store. Never ever order online. and good luck!

I work in RTP. It’s common for my colleagues and I to order Chipotle- ‘cause it’s super good! I usually order a lifestyle bowl which comes with supergreens. I order it with steak, guacamole, cheese and fajitas veggies. The only downside to this location is that RTP workers charge at it during lunch. Ingredients usually run-out, and they use carnitas as a substitute for chicken, for instance. They do have your food ready at the selected time (if you order online), on a positive note.

I can't comment on the quality of food at this location as I never received mine. I placed an online order and promise time was 20 minutes. That was a touch longer than I expected. Nonetheless I went to the store and patiently waited in the dining area. I waited ten minutes past my promise time and had to leave in order to make it to an upcoming meeting. It was a complete cluster inside. There were far more online orders than in person. The in person line at times sat empty. I was surprised they didn't pitch in and help with completing the online orders. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in a line, and instead I end up standing awkwardly in the dining room having to go check on the two or three bags the workers loaded onto the shelf every few minutes. It is very awkward for 15 people to find a place to stand in the dining room, file up to the shelf/check to see if their order is ready, then sift back into the dining seating area to wait longer. A TV showing orders that are ready would help. Or perhaps, fulfill orders in accordance with the promise times. I will never return to this location. Good news is Chipotle did issue a refund.
