I ordered online and was able to pick up my food without any difficulty. It was still warm when I arrived and the cups were even in the bag, so I didn't have to ask for them like I have had to do at other Chipotles. It wasn't too busy when I went there but school is out for the summer. I imagine once Duke starts up again it will be busy nonstop.
I stopped in for a salad about 30 minutes before close on a Saturday. Service was quick and portions good, but the dish overall and particularly the barbacoa was very bland, as if cooked with little to no seasoning. There were no salt and pepper shakers with the hot sauces, so I asked a crew member who seemed to be the manager on duty, and she told me they didn't have any, glanced in back and gave the same answer. I tried adding hot sauce but it still wasn't good, so I went back and told her the problem and I was given some kosher salt to sprinkle. She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her closing tasks, and totally unconcerned that the food was not up to par. With the kosher salt sprinkled throughout, it was okay but still not what I expect from Chipotle. Past experiences here have also been lackluster.
Very disappointed with the professionalism at this location. To find out that the unprofessional is was coming from the manager was even more concerning. My sister took some chips back because they were overly crushed. The person she made the complaint to slapped the chips out of her hand and got some new ones. When she went to walk off the yelled are you going to put up those chips. Someone behind her became upset and basically expressed his dissatisfaction with the managers actions. She went back to ask for the man’s name. No one would tell who he was. Finally someone got him to come back and my sister was greeted with a go “F” yourself. I don’t like to think things are racially motivated but this one has me wondering. We sent complaints to corpora hopefully action is taken immediately.
The most friendly staff in that food mall .i went to 3 other restaurants in the shopping mall and walked out because the staff looked at me without a greeting . Walked in to this chipotle and the staff was top bar and super fast !
Good taste! A nice change from Moe's. Why doesn't Chipotle give chips with the meal like Moe's does? Seems easy and inexpensive and would make the experience better. I also like the sauces you get at Moe's.
Good location. I ordered ahead and they had my order done correctly and on time.
in-store payment system has been often broken recently, forcing customers to install the app and order online when they are in store. The staff does not pay much attention to online order request (e.g. things like requesting less cream)
The place is very nice but the food is very bland/ fresh. No seasoning at all. Roxboro Road is the best one.
I arrived around 11:30am. They just open at 10:45am so why the food not look fresh. Everything was overcooked. The lettuce was brown and discussing. I ordered one hard shell taco and she put in a bowl container and tossed it in a small bag!! Yes my taco was all over. Smh! Management please get it together! And the system still down only taking cards.
I keep biting into bones in my chicken from this location. Can you tell the staff to be more careful? Worried I’ll chip a tooth.
