Food is always great, prices are good, staff is always friendly and they always know who I am when I walk in and have my food ready! Love this place. By far best place I've ordered from since moving to Durham.
Last time customer here. Had to sit and listen to the lady hollering at the cook very rudely without any consideration for the customers. Everyone was in very uncomfortable and one customer said she's always yelling at the cook. Figured hopefully the food would at least be good until I opened the bag and the first thing I noticed was about 1/3 full container of not even almost enough sweet and sour sauce. I definitely will not be back nor do I think any of the other customers there will.
Should have read the reviews ahead of ordering. I ordered Shrimp with mixed vegetables. The receipt says Shrimp and mixed vegetables, but the food was chicken, beef and broccoli with some other vegetables in a spicy, oily sauce. Very disappointing because I'm a vegetarian. We had friends coming to our house so there was no way I could go back and get the correct item.Update: I went back the next day with my receipt and they did make me the correct food.
It was ok. First time here. Not a.big Chinese fan.
Forgot my side rice, didn't leave out vegetables on one of the orders, beef sticks taste awful
Terrible customer service! They got my entire order wrong, overcharged me and initially refused to refund me my money. They weren’t apologetic AT ALL and it took for us to argue for 30+mins before they refunded me. Not to mention the general tso’s chicken isn’t real meat. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Roaches on the floor, terrible customer service, serving fake meat. Do not go here if you value your health. This place needs to be shut down.
Today is the second time China Kitchen my order wrong. The customer service is horrible. The guy who answers the phone is very rude he is so busy trying to rush you off the phone when you call in an order he gets in wrong. When I called back to tell him the order I picked up this evening was wrong his response was I didn’t hear you and you can bring it back if you want. Not I’m sorry, my apologizes nothing. I will not spend my money anymore.
Not a very good experience after several orders. After grub hub delivered I saw they forgot the gravy for the egg foo young, called the restaurant and they admitted they forgot it but would not deliver it or call grub hub to deliver it. The fried rice is all raw onions and for the most part this is the worst Chinese food I have had many times in the 30 plus years I have lived here . DONT ORDER FROM HERE
I do looked forward to my shrimp fried rice and scallops. The rice was dry and shrimp few, the scales were over cooked. The best part was the shrimp eggroll
