Rude customer service! Food isn’t 5 star. Nobody wants to eat food prepared by someone so rude and nasty! I will never eat there again, and I suggest you don’t eat there ever either.
Best chicken wings in Durham!!! The regular food is good too! Have never experienced bad customer service. Y’all are sensitive.
We go here for the food, not the attitude of the staff. You can't eat in or use the restroom due to Covid restrictions.
The worst restaurant I really don't want to go to again.The food is too salty.You have to ask for each of the necessary tools to put them in an envelope. When customers come or go, they don't say hello and respond very unkindly.
Unbelievably rude family particularly the woman as she's admitted. One thing you can cite is that she's consistent. Consistently obnoxious that is and the food is mediocre at best for those who've had real Chinese food. Drive one exit further and enjoy great service and food at Shanghai. There's nothing good about this place but the location. Businesses like this will never improve because people leave negative reviews but continue to patronize them. Go where your money is appreciated.
Awful. But a least I had to wait way too long for it and I had to pay too much money for it. Love the plastic aftertaste in the hot and sour soup.Don’t eat here
Only put one star because it's required...My husband & I have ordered from here for many years despite the mother's rude attitude. We continued to order because the food was great.Last night we ordered 2 meals one being seafood fried rice & I bit right into a piece of GLASS!!! We returned today (with a practically full container since I only had about 5 spoonfuls) to make it known to the owner & to just expect an apology & refund since I was not injured. Instead she first said we didn't order from there then said it wasn't from last night then had us wait. After that she told us never to come back and that we wasted her time money and food ? Like wow you could have killed me! & That is your response unbelievable ! We weren't rude or anything but she was as nasty as ever. She didn't even check with her chef to see if he or someone else had broken glass that night. Why the heck would I try to get free food when I was ordering from your establishment for over 8 years!!! The lady held to container in her hand for 30 seconds and threw it out when she got mad after denying we even ordered there. Once again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would NEVER pretend to find glass in my food that's just crazy . But what's even worse is how my husband & I were treated after only wanting an apology. You make money but your reputation as far as customer service is Trash & that's speaks volumes.

The woman behind the counter is VERY RUDE!! They charged my card for a 20% tip, which I did not authorize. MooShu came with no napkins, no utensils, and NO plum sauce!!The good taste of the food is the only reason they even get 2 stars.
The food is very tasty but the girl who works there has a very bad attitude and they charge you $ 0.30 extra cents for the sauce, what is supposed to come with your order, I did not ask for extra I will not return and it is not for the food that this Very delicious, it is because of the girl at the reception for her bad attitude and bad service.
