Just tried having dinner at this Chili’s we’re more than 50% of the tables were vacants. A gentleman who was carrying a trailer of empty dishes came and greeted us at the door and told us that it would be a half hour wait to be seated. He said we had the choice we could either stay and wait or leave, so we chose to leave. This is the most asinine thing that I have ever heard and the franchise owner and chilies corporate should be absolutely upset with this type of response. Totally unacceptable, will never recommend this location to anybody.

My experience should be the same whether it’s takeout or dine in. I asked for two honey mustards, I get ranch, I ask for plastic wear and napkins I get none. And please help me understand how spinach dip is “supposed to served cold?” If I could post a zero review I would. The complacency of your take out staff and their concern with their own conversation and not my satisfaction as a customer was disappointing. Will not be back but you don’t care. Not to mention if you offer curbside bring my food out on time! I shouldn’t have to go inside only receive cold food. And when I asked how long my food had been sitting I was told not long. Don’t lie to my face.

The last three times I've been to this location, it was a horrible experience. First of the three was a take out order and every bit of the order was wrong. The second and third times were on site and the servers were incredibly rude! The third time was tonight and we actually walked out even prior to placing an order! The male server was rude, barely spoke, acted like he hated being there and after enduring that from the previous female server the time before, we chose not to deal with it again and took our business to another restaurant. I won't be back. There are plenty of other awesome restaurants in Southwest Durham to frequent that actually appreciate their customers. Choose somewhere else.

I’m not the one to write a bad review (esp for something like Chilis) but we waited for 3 hours yesterday to only get water (which I basically had to beg for). I understand that it was a busy Saturday night— but this was is just ridiculous. I’ve never had to just walk out of a restaurant until last night. We got there at 7 and walked out at 9, hangry and disappointed. It seemed like our waitress was actively avoiding us because she was just too stressed out. In the several hours we were there she only came to our table once. I don’t wanna put all the blame on her because we were not the only ones who waited for hours for no service… but at least the other tables managed to get drinks.

I shared my Valentine's Day outing with my spouse, parents, sister, and cousin at location near Southpoint. Unbelievably, we had an awesome choice with seating and access to multiple TV spots. We chose ribs, loaded potatoes, mexican corn on the cob, fries, broccoli, the Santa Fe chicken salad, Arnold Palmers, Coke, and strawberry lemonade, for our party of six. We had a new waitress who was originally on the floor by herself. She did an awesome job and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We will definitely return in the near future.

Bartender was not attentive at all. Acted like he didn't want to be there. Even said numerous times that he was "Ready to go" and it showed. He was barely at the bar the entire time I waited for my to go order. I would have liked another drink but he avoided coming back over to check on us after the 1st drink. The bill was wrong and had to be fixed at least 3 times. Items on the menu had an upcharge but it does not say that on the menu as they were using old menus. Guess how we know about the up upcharge? You guessed it! When we got the bill! These things should definitely be printed on the menu. And now the food...Horrible! Unseasoned chicken. Hard rice. The black beans were decent enough. This was the Margarita Chicken. Do better Chillis!

What is happening? I came in on 12/29 11:29 am and your entire dining room as empty. After waiting to be seated no one came out and I had to use the restroom. Given that I only have limited time for lunch I tried to call in my order for dine in and they young lady who answered the phone wouldn’t take the order but said she would seat me and take the order. But when I came out, once again no one was in the dining room at all to take my order. I waited but there still wasn’t anyone available so I had to leave to go somewhere else. You guys have always been great and I am only posting this for information and for possible improvement. I hope things get better soon. I wish you all well. Edit: I came in a 2nd time a week or so later. And the same thing!! No one to seat me. I waited for a while but I was a ghost!

We were the first customers in restaurant on Saturday and the service could’ve been better chips were cold and we received our entrees at different times instead of together my man was almost finish with his meal when my half of sandwich arrived. He ask for unsweetened tea with lemon on the side he received tea with no ice and no lemons. When we were ready to leave he don’t trust the machines at the table and wanted pay by giving them the card but they said they don’t do that so he had to end up paying cash needless to say their tip could’ve been a whole lot better if service was better I truly hope their service got better as the day went on

This place was fantastic ? I had this plate that had crispy chicken I believe it was Italian sausage French toast bread and corn on the cob. It was absolutely delicious. I had a friend take me and I had never been there before" and for someone like me that suffers from social anxiety" I have to say Chili's bar and grill, made me feel like I was at home . Sitting there in front of the dinner table" the feeling of home is underrated the big TV screens wasn't bad either ?lol.

Went here with my family. My spouse and I are visiting family and we took them here. First we arrive and the lights are out. Asked if they are open because there were some people inside eating but the outside signs were not on. I asked and they said “oh yes we are open” . 45 min after giving our order the waitress comes over says her ipad never sent our order to the kitchen. Okay mistakes happen. There were 6 other people in the place. More time passes others tables getting their food not us. When it arrived it was cold — cold. Cold chicken, cold corn, so why cold? We waited over an hour for food and it’s cold. I really never had such a bad experience like this. I would have rather they said sorry we can’t feed your group tonight. People at the other table actually asked us why we did not get our food yet. The waitress offered to give us a good discount. One meal was removed from our bill. Seriously should have been free. We left our food could not eat it. Still not sure why this happened. Maybe they did not like us from the min we walked in? But other tables complained also. Stay away from this place. So many other nice places in the area.
