This is the worst Chick-Fil-A in Durham. Just went there today. It will be my last time at this location. Only two people in the drive thru, and one at the window. The drive thru person got my order wrong three times. She also got my name wrong. I received my sandwiches, and then the lady tried to give me four waters. The person in the drive thru somehow put four medium waters. The sandwiches were also far from satisfying. They were extremely small compared to the other Chick-Fil-A's. Very disappointed. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
This Chick-Fil-A location is extremely disappointing and does not do the brand justice. Of the last 5 times I’ve ordered (always through the app so my order is precise/no “lost in communication” problems with the staff), I’ve always had something missing or wrong. Fries under or over cooked. Salads old. It’s just sad from a brand that is usually one of my favorite as a “Signature Member”
Well I went to get a soup it was 10:25 , they said I couldn’t order until 10:30 so by the time I got to the window it was 10:30 but the manager proceeds to tell me I can’t get soup without a valid reason it went from yes u can order at 10:30 and I’ll park u to now I can’t get nothing at all. Once again I’m over there service
The worst chick-fi-la I have been to. Rude staff! Order was wrong. Had to correct the person taking our order in the drive-thru 4 times. Drink sizes were wrong as well. Will not be returning.
Everytime I order a meal , the fries is always disappointing ! They fill the box only half way, if that. This is my daughters favorite part right the meal as this is what she got , this isn’t the first ,second or third time this has happened they need to do better !!! Only 4 whole pieces of fried and the rest are crumbs .
This Chick-fil-A is good, but you can frequently expect for there to be something wrong with your order. For example, tonight I ordered a sandwich without cheese, and cheese was added anyway. In the past, I ordered a sandwich, and they gave it to me without any buns. While these mistakes are inconvenient, it doesn’t overpower the fact that their food is fantastic and that their service is usually quick.
Fast, Friendly, Consistent! Food is always hot. Well thought-out operations allows for line to move quickly.
Service is always speedy; food presentation is neat most of the time and food usually hot. The only bad thing about this location is the traffic in double lanes can get ugly fast
I think Chick-fil-A could teach Disney a thing or two about moving people through the line. They do a great job and the food is great as well.
You know Chick-fil-A has a reputation of being consistent throughout all of the restaurants. This adventure into awesome food was no different than the last 50 times. Even if Chick-fil-A's lines are literally wrapped around the block it's still it's faster than most fast food restaurants. It's fresh, it's delicious, it's worth it. This particular restaurant is by my house and whenever I am in the mood for something I definitely go here. Yeah, I'm happy. Thank you guys.
