i eat here on my lunch break all the time - i love how efficient the setup is, and how friendly 90% of the employees are!!

Parking was a big problem at this facility. Informed by Chick-fil-A staff to park in another business parking lot. When I spoke to manager it Appears to be their policy to block off their parking lot with cones to facilitate drive through service. Not sure way they’re open inside if they’re not going to provide parking at their facility.
This was the first time Chick-fila-A got my order wrong. They fixed it after a quick phone call. Great customer service as they're known for

Great drive thru; very efficient. Sandwiches and fries fresh and hot. 4 stars because the pickles were smashed or chopped up....definitely different, on both our sandwiches. With that being said, we enjoyed our meal and not a crumb left.
I normally have a great experience here but not tonight. I had a good conversation with Ja'von who took my order, and asked for a military discount and showed my ID after he asked who I assume was the manager "Mr. Jared" we both were informed that since I was not in uniform I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE the discount. Well I guess I'll go elsewhere not in uniform.
This location runs the double drive thru so efficiently! The whole operation is a well oiled machine and the staff are incredibly friendly. Great job, people!
Civil War battlegrounds always bring sadness to my heart. Although we didn't stop, the grounds seemed to be very well kept. Prayers for the soldiers on both sides that died there. Thank you for serving this great country for my freedom.
Shout out to the crew at click fil a at Roxboro Rd! The Team Chaplain delivered food to my family while we are here visiting the area for my mother’s cancer treatments. Fresh delicious food delivered by a friendly, caring face. What more could you ask for!? ❤️
