I love Chick-fil-A, but not this one. Super small portions. I've eaten Chick-fil-A across the country, and I will try to remember to avoid this one. Kale side was about 2 ketchup packets. My wrap had less chicken than my kid's 4 count nugget meal.
Went to chic Fil a on Saturday and waited in one drive they line for 15 minutes before being greeted the line beside of us had 3 cars get served and leave before she finally took our order. She did not say hello thank you or anything, did not apologize for our wait. Once we got the order it was completely wrong. The chicken was shredded and the food was cold. I usually get best services from chic fil a but this one is horrible!
Generally when i get chick-fil-a i use the drive through. Today i had the chance to sit in and this location has the nicest employees! Not only did they bring the food to my table but they seemed happy doing so (and not the “customer service” happy) and super kind!
Every time I go there is a problem I was told I couldn't change my drink out i think the little boy didnt want to change out my drink but whatever customer service is kinda iffy depending on the time I go and today I went only because I was in the area and there was plastic left in my sandwich smh this will be my last time eating at this chic fila location!
You will need to check your bag when you receive it, sometimes we pay for items but they won’t be in the bag. If you have a custom order or substitution this location is not able to offer some of those. Other than that the quality is consistent with other Chick Fil As.
Food is always hot and yummy. However, this particular store doesn’t seem to have the elevated service standards compared to other chick-fil-a. However, i am empathetic because they opened during a pandemic. Two complaints. 1) why no ice cream cones at this store? 2. Why are masks no required?
Terrible location. Never gets orders right in the drive thru. We've come here multiple times and almost ALWAYS am missing an item from our order. I tried calling the store, even left a message with all of my receipt information, contact information and what item was missing... Nothing, no call back. Today we received two unsweetened lemonades and was missing a spicy chicken sandwich from our order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION! THE WORST.
I moved a whopping two car lengths over the course of 20 minutes with approximately 35 to 40 cars in front of me. Total waste of my time. I will never eat at this location again. If the management could take their job seriously and learn how to be leaders and train their team to be swift and productive, maybe they wouldn't have as bad of a name as they do.
20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to spend $11 on a cold grilled chicken sandwich and cold fries. I frequent the wake forest location often, and have never had any issues. To top it off, I asked for no lettuce or tomato. Apparently that was too much to ask for also. I will not return to this location.
I ordered using the app during lunch time. Once I tapped "I'm here", there was about a 10 minute wait until I recieved the notification to meet a team member at the pickup location. Another 5 minutes or so and my food was ready. The team member was very friendly and of course the food was delicious (grilled chicken sandwhich with a gluten free bun).
