YUCK on everything but the Sweet Tea!! Prices outrageous!! Food is a hit and miss. Just not worth it.
Very delicious and I was craving this restaurant, we don't have one where I am from. The staff was super friendly and clean and food prepared fast and freshGood job.
My sister and I went to this fine establishment today. Our Captain Ds in Burlington had closed down. I was very pleased with the customer service we had received. It is top notch. Every one was so nice. Thank you Captain Ds team. You made our day and we will be visiting again.
The food was delicious and hot and the workers were friendly and polite. The store was very well cleaned.
I went through the drive-thru with two screaming children in the back saying their orders at the same time; also, I went inside to order my food because I wanted to experience the dine-in service. But at the time, it was take-out only. The server was very patient with the screaming kids and gave us time to get them situated and make our order. She waited patiently without rushing us but in a timely manner like a manager. She offered condiments, excellent customer service, answered questions and was polite and kept the line moving very proficiently. So, I decided to go inside to see how service would be. I saw her and asked her was she a manager, she replied, "No". I told her she worked professionally just like a manager as she handled stress and customers very professionally. The staff member is named, "Patrice". I commend her and the rest of the staff at Captain D's for having an excellent staff, and the food is excellent and affordable. I always come back.
Food made to order ?and hot. Very good favor and size portions. Very nice staff and they got my order right the first time and that's definitely a plus.

My wife and I every so often eat at Captain's D's. Everytime we go the line goes quickly and the food is always hot ?. The customer service is really good always asking us what else we need before leaving. We are never disappointed. May they continue their good service.
D's is a great place to dine. The cost for your meals here are better than any other fast food seafood restaurant. D's has the best fish sandwich and tarter sauce in the industry. I especially love the grilled meals: salmon,tilapia,shrimp skewers,and the white fish. I have found,in other restaurants, dishes that are similar to those served at Captain D's and they cost 50% more but give you almost 50% less food: Applebee's for example....my experience there was my lifes worst!!!
