I’m not usually a food truck person but we had a food truck event at work today and I picked this truck and I’m so glad I did. The food was amazing! I got the bibimbap with tofu and it was delicious. There was so much food! I loved the meal and I definitely would seek out this food truck again to get some more. The food truck staff also were very nice! It was super hot out and the line for this truck was long but they were pleasant and fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Great experience

Had a BBQ bowl with spicy tofu and it’s fantastic! I love that it actually has some heat to it. Great portion size. Fast and friendly service!
Thrilled with the burrito I ordered. It was ready quickly and I enjoyed the selection of sauces. Everything in the burrito was delicious: the rice, cabbage, beef. Food trucks are often expensive for no reason, but this food was worth every penny!
Bolkogi came to Polks Landing and the food was AMAZING! We had the tacos, burrito bowl, and the quesadilla and everything was so delicious. Will definitely have this again.
Food is good, but some items are more hot than spicy (flavorful). The fusion items like Korean-style tacos were well done, but I was a bit disappointed with their more classical Korean staples like Kimchi fried rice. The dumplings were good and not very oily!
Just had an amazing lunch off this food truck, beef over a bed of fried rice! Highly recommend!
