Worst service ever. Waited over 30 minutes for food when it wasn’t many people in there. Had to do my own refill of tea. Burger was RAW. If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE
We ordered take out (one order of wings and one order of tacos, both with potato sides, nothing strenuous). They got the order wrong and it took about an hour on a quiet Wednesday night. They said they were "waiting for the fries" and then after that "waiting for the tots." The food itself was fine and hot. Still, we'll likely stick to another location in the future.

Extremely poor service. Ordered 3 menu items, first 2 came out 15 minutes apart and pretzels came out 30 minutes later. Server was much more interested in socializing with other staff than working. Food was cold and only mediocre. Beer was warm, probably because it sat at the service bar 15-20 minutes before arriving at our table. So many other restaurants in this area we can go to so will not return to this one.
Usually, you guys have exceptional service but tonight it was not. First , I understand being understaffed, it’s not fun at all, but regardless I’m a customer and I deserve good service. My server tonight was Daniel. Now this review isn’t to talk down on him but to give him advice on what he can do better. For one , there was no hey, how are you, nothing. Then I asked for water before ordering my drink but he didn’t even acknowledge my table AT ALL. The whole time we were there and that’s unacceptable. The most that was done is he refilled my water after it being gone for about 5 minutes. Yes it was busy but everyone else seemed to be waited on besides me . Also, when it came time to pay I asked about my rewards and he ignored me. And whatever text to pay thing you guys have now should be handled better, didn’t ever send the text to my phone. Wasn’t asked if I needed to go boxes, no plates for my wings, nothing . I came out for a good time but I should’ve stayed home and saved my money.
I just ate at this restaurant. They said there was a 30 minute wait for a table when most of the tables at the dining area were empty as well as the bar section. There was not a lot of people in there so it wasn't like anyone was breaking down the door to get in there. Server "Daniel" was asked about how hot the spicy garlic wings were and he said they weren't really hot but they were super spicy. Forgot our coleslaw until after it was mentioned to him. Drink refills were almost when we got done and that was also something he had to be reminded of. Some of the wings were like bricks. Each time he came to the table we said thank you and he didn't respond at all. And asked for to go tea and he didn't get that. We couldn't wait. The whole experience was horrible and I will not eat here again. They need to train their front door staff and their wait staff better because rudeness is not acceptable on any of the levels I've mentioned.
Long time BWW lover. Been to branches in tons of states.Very disappointed with service at this restaurant.I will start by saying that the food still tasted great.Otherwise:They brought my beer out with 1/3 of the cup empty (top holds the most, photo below)Told my server very casually and nicely and he immediately called the manager over without making the easy fix.Manager came out arguing about how their policy is to fill the cup only to that point.At this point you already lost a customer.Also that is disgraceful.. been to 1000 bars and restaurants and never had my cup be that empty.Then the guy brought the food without any dipping sauce and veggies. I ask the server about it and instead of bringing it out he says “you had to order it if you wanted it and walks away”Bdubs always brings those out and and if server isn’t going to automatically, they always ask if you want it.Lastly, they brought one person’s food about 20 minutes later than the other.With one of the appetizers arriving at the same time as the last meal.Overall terrible service. Not going back.
First I had to call 3 times before someone answered. I placed my order at 1:27pm. Order wasn't ready until 2:10pm which is ridiculous especially since there was only 5 people inside the restaurant. Secondly they didn't have any large cups so my drink was split between 2 small cups. Third the wings were not good. They tasted bland. The sauce was great but the chicken had no seasoning. I won't be going back anytime soon
This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant, not even just in a Buffalo Wild Wings. First, for some background, we went to this location about 5 months ago had bad service had to send back wings because they were like sandpaper going down your throat.We revisited hoping for something better and somehow it was even worse. First, we ordered drinks. Somehow the margarita arrived before the beer we ordered. We were reassured the beer was coming as we hug watched out server go over stand by a poured beer about 3 times before realizing it was ours. It then came flat with no head. For our order we ordered fried pickles and boneless wings. The pickles took more than 30 minutes to get to us with the wings following roughly 30 minutes after that. During that time our drinks were gone and we were never offered another or even acknowledged. Once the food arrived AGAIN the wings were cold and so hard to eat you almost choked on them because they were so dry. Our server must’ve been too busy sweeping and talking to a friend/sitting at the front to even check if our food was up. 3 of the flavors were this way with one being super hot. We sent back the cold ones. We got the new wings back in less than 10 minutes so question why did it take an hour in the first place. This location had to be half full. I get staffing shortages but there were plenty of workers. Is it to much to ask for your server to attention to the food and your table instead of standing around and putting chairs up at 9:30 when you close at 12. After sitting at our table with wings, they were still warm and not dry after 15 minutes so those first wings had to have been sitting there forever. From here again we were never checked on and had to grab two different people to even get a box with one person saying they forgot with only 2 tables left in the place 2 hours before they closed.PS: BWW I hope you start actually responding to people instead of sending automated messages.
Ordered takeout for my birthday. I love their chicken wraps and the fact that it can be modified with seasonings and sides. The chicken tenders kids meals were a bit too crunchy or hard for them to eat. So they were picked over mostly.
