We stop by most Sunday’s after church, but we won’t be returning until you raise your wages high enough to keep employees around with some consistency. It seemed like half your staff was training this morning and both of our sandwiches were made wrong/with missing ingredients. For a $20 lunch I expect much better, and to be clear this is because you don’t pay your employees well enough for them to stay long term.

If you’re gonna offer curbside then make your employees do their job. It’s petty to complain about but after I clicked the “I’m here” button on your app i found the black guy behind the counter just holding on to my order after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to bring it outside. Either fix your app or make your employees do their job. Second time I’ve tried this curbside, after being a long term customer. I won’t be back.
Staff is very rude and hypocritical. I got yelled at for not wearing a mask yet the staff was not wearing theirs correctly and one staff member not wearing one at all. You can't pick and choose who to mandate masks to. I will not be back
I walked in on Halloween morning Sunday morning I am fully vaccinated and I got my booster they would not allow me to enter the premises without a mask mask I'm sorry you do not dictate to me if I wear a mask or not

Customer service at this Bruegger's SHINES. Whoever manages this location is an expert at hiring and training, because the team here is on point. They are friendly, fast, and never fail to greet you when you walk in the door. My day is brighter when I start it here!
