Ordered chicken Bahn mi combo. Visually thought it was small. After consumption I have changed my mind. It was substantially packed with meat and well balanced with other components and very delicious. Sweet sour savory and spicy. Would definitely repeat and recommend. The egg roll was also crispy and tasted fantastic..... update....Had to come back for the lemongrass pork chop later in the week. It was very flavorful.
Food is good here. Only recommendation I have is, if you order your food to-go, make sure you check it before you leave. Especially if you live/work across town. If something is wrong with your food, they only want to give you a 50% refund if you can't bring the food back to them. They gave me the complete wrong order, and the manager would not budge to give me a full refund unless I brought the food back (which I couldn't since my lunch time was limited).
They have the best Bahn Mi and Fresh Spring Rolls that I have had! Friendly staff as well! Post update: I ham hooked on Bowl Of Pho's food. Its a weekly visit for me. Enough said!
Pretty good. I had the Bahn Mi combo with pork as my sandwich meat. It was very flavorful but a little lacking on quantity of meat. I don’t think I’ll be in a rush to go back, but I wouldn’t object if someone else suggested it.
I'm obsessed with the Vietnamese iced coffee!Don't go if in a hurry, but the flavors are worth the wait. Lately I get the pork banh mi. My husband goes every other week for the pho. We love this local place!
It was the first time our group ate here. It wasn't crowded but the service was a bit slow. Three ordered the seafood pho with rice noodles and two ordered the seafood soup with egg noodles. Everyone had water. The pho and the soup were very good. The water was filtered tap with no ice. While the food was very good we were surprised to have been charged for the tap water. It's worth giving the place a try.
I ordered a bowl of pho and was disgusted. The meat was inedible and chewy. It did not taste like any meat that I have had before. Additionally, there was hair in the soup. Pictures attached. I nearly vomited after this meal and strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
This is the best place bowl of Pho place to go around Raleigh area. I have been places like San Jose and West Minister area in California where lot of Viet communities, it is the charm and nicest food quality what you pay reasonable place to be. I go out there with my little boy for every end of his weekend field trip at Durham Science center. My little one is very picky in broth, he loves their food. Nice server and owner welcomes us whenever our visit. Also, now they uses filtered water served, I like that move!
Great meal and service! Had the Thai rolls and the chicken pho. Not too spicy, just the right level of spiciness. Would definitely return and try other dishes!
Pretty great food. I tried a grilled lemongrass vermicelli bowl and enjoyed it thoroughly. Not many customers these days because of COVID-19, but please don't let that prevent you from trying out this casual dining spot. One of the better Vietnamese/Thai restaurants in the area, especially for pho.
