The dirty rice is too watery and it has hardly any of it's original taste flavor I could use a straw to slurp up it I'm disappointed. I have worked at bojangles and the rice has never tasted so watery?? All the flavors isn't there I won't be ordering another dirty rice from that bojangles I decided to give that bojangles location a one star. The dirty rice needs to touchup with it's original style flavors. I was charged $12.00 or for my breakfast and didn't get my sweet tea I've stopped there previous of times and same results. The crew needs a training on cooking apparently the dirty rice is a fast preparing throw together missed good ingredients
I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got an egg and sausage, even though I was charged for the original order. I get to work and sit at my desk, only to find this disgrace. The top half of biscuit crumbling as I open the wrapper and NO CHEESE!
They got a bunch of kids working at this location. The young guy fixing the drinks had his finger in somebody cup. The manager don’t even observe what is going on. The biscuits just thrown in a bag. I have never in my life had this kind of experience at ANY LOCATION!!
Don’t go to this bojangles at night. I know it was late but my fries taste like they were made 2 days ago. The worst fries I’ve ever eaten at bojangles which is one of the main reasons I go to bojangles. My 2nd time trying the chicken sandwich and it taste like a brick. Please do better for the people who work late.
Order large fries. Got regular. Go back to the pick up window and the manager replaces them. Then asks where I ordered them. When I said in the store she made it clear that I should go stand in line at the cash register and have my order fixed and not come to the pick up window. Wow. Wrong order and the manager doesn’t say sorry but criticizes how it should be corrected. Have to wonder what Bojangles customer service training is if a manager can’t even say I am sorry but instead dishes out criticism.
Horrible will never go back even if it was free.. customer service rude.. asked for fresh drop fries with extra seasoning ask for no thighs and I got thighs. They even put the biscuits in a bag no box.. drive thru cashier need a class on customer service.. Horrible never again..
The cajun biscuits are always available, hot, and delicious. The staff is usually pretty friendly, even in the current world of low staff and no patience. My problems with this location is they close the dining room pretty often and not once has there been a sign posted on the door. People park, walk up, and pull on a locked door. Every once in a while the dining room lights are off so you know before getting out of the car, but that is pretty rare.
Went for an order the other night, was given a portion of my order, when I asked for the rest I was told I didn’t pay for it and they were not going to give me what I payed for until I pulled up my transaction history for my bank account. Rude staff that was confrontational when they were wrong. I don’t usually complain and never leave reviews but this was awful customer service. It’s unfortunate because this is usually one of the better Bojangles in the area. I’ll give them one more chance but this is definitely something to keep in mind.
The cashier was coughing into the fries as she stirred in seasoning. Her mask was pulled down, and she made no attempt either to avert her face or to cover her mouth. I ordered something I knew she couldn't have coughed on or touched. Food was good, but employees need health safety training.
Where has Bojangles been all my life? Anthony Bourdain wasn't wrong when he said they have the best fast food, at least for breakfast. I always get the country ham and egg biscuit and I swear, it tastes homemade. I normally don't like hashbrowns, but their little hashbrown rounds are crispy on the outside and perfectly pillowy on the inside without being overly greasy like some other fast food chains. My order has never been wrong either. Great job!
