Went off peak hours, waited 10-15 minutes in drive through with cars barely moving.Ordered a supremes salad with mac and cheese and biscuit and tea.Get to the window, have to wait 5m for them to get me everything.But that's not the main problem. Got a plain salad (no chicken), biscuit and tea. No mac and cheese. They managed to forget 1.5 of 4 items, 2 of 5 of you count the salad and chicken that come on it separately.
The manager was rude and unprofessional, I understand 5 honey mustards was and is lot. But I ordered 8 tenders with fry’s. 2 honey mustards don’t last with 4 tenders.Example. , no sir or I apologize we are running low I can give u 3 thoughNotugh nooo, with. I’ve been to this location multiple times. like other review said it’s a hit or miss not just food wise. This location is particularly known for not getting their trucks therefore they will have menu items missing. Multiple occasions they’ll not have steak biscuits, chicken supremes, dipping sauces, cups, french fries and etc. Yesterday I went they were out of lemonade, french fries, pepsi and a plethora of other items. I opted for mac and cheese with my meal instead it was tasteless definitely a mistake. The management and owner need to get their act together.
I don't live in NC anymore. Always have to come to Bojangles. It's always so good. Biscuits are always on the point.
Bought my nurses biscuits for breakfast and they were good and fresh. The cashier was awesome!
Food was cold, wings were not fully cooked. I know it was lunchtime and as long as we waited, everything should have been hot.
I can't offer a more through review because I come for the chicken biscuit and it's always crowded like every Bojangles and it's always good lol
This place never disappoints. Food always in point. And that Dirty Rice!!! Legendary Tea.
Did not buy after walking in and visiting the restroom and seeing the horrible condition (broken toilet, toilet paper dispenser, soap dispenser, and debris all over. If the restroom is this poor, then I wouldn't confident in cleanliness of the food preparation area.
Best Bojangles in Durham! Customer service leaves much to be desired.
