I visited this location 5/13 around 9:50pm. The line was extremely long which is to be expected. The service was not quick at all! While waiting in line the vehicle ahead of me food was dropped. When I approached the window I asked the young girl if my 12pc tender box included fries because I only saw biscuits on the menu. She rolled her eyes and closed the window before going to ask a co worker. The co worker came to the window and asked if I wanted the box or tailgate and I confirmed what I had ordered. I stated I just wanted to know if there was anything other than the tenders she dismissively stated no. The first cashier returned and I told her I asked because I wanted to be clear on what I was getting. She continued to have an attitude and just repeated the total instead of apologizing for her behavior. When i got home i discovered then did not include the biscuits or my sauce. If these girls have a problem doing their job then they shouldn't be employed in retail because simple questions should not be given that type of negativity.
Horrible service, I come to this bojangles a lot and I’ve never had any issues but today this lady was not wearing gloves and I complained about it because she touched my food. She sat the food that she touched to the side and continued to make my food and everyone else’s with no gloves. Not only that, but they forgot part of my order and when I came back to get it the cashier gave me attitude for no reason. Definitely won’t be coming back.
The wait in the drive thru was crazy long. When I finally got to the window, the cashier seemed sleepy. What happened to alert, happy and chipper customer service? Thank God we hen I got home, my food was up to par.
This place became a complete joke about 6-8 months ago. Horrible service, soggy food, 30-40 minute wait, nothing but attitude and disrespect from most of the staff. At this point we can’t even blame the associates there all kids working in there and even a well trained adult can only do so much. If the owner doesn’t pay some adults to come and and develop some structure the place is gonna flop. I wouldn’t eat here if you see less than 20 cars and a good amount in the dining room. If the service is on point this bojangles will be slammin day in and day out.
I stayed in my car, and did not have to wait long as I went in the mid-afternoon. Everything went smoothly, and the order clerk could hear me easily since the order board and microphone had been moved
I came here during lunch time because I was hungry and I haven't had Bojangles in a while. I got a couple of thighs and the wing a very light colored extra buttery biscuit with some mashed potatoes and some macaroni and cheese. It was banging. It was hot fresh and delicious just like I like it. Bojangles has a great reputation of being some great chicken and it is. Thank you guys for giving me a Chick-fil-A experience.
The cups that they use for sides items are so ridiculously small. They are designed to look bigger then they actually are. Look under the cups and you can see a raised gap in between where food is actually placed to where the cup sits on the table. Bojangles is cheap for trying to cheat people out of a full portion of mashed potatoes. False advertising at it's finest.
Bojangles is becoming a very bad place to eat at night due to poor management. Teenagers doing what ever to finish the night. No straws, no utensils, did not use scoop to put ice in my cup. Got home and myself and wife throw our food away chicken and fries were distasteful due to oil being old. I know because I've worked at Bojangles. I'm very disappointed...
This was the worst Bojangles I have ever visited. The manager was rude. It was dinner rush hour and she was not prepared with the food. She refused to sell me eight (8) legs but kept trying to get me to buy a combo of four legs and four other pieces or wait 20 minutes for legs to fry.
This has got to be the worst Bojangles I've been to in a long time! I went there tonight for supper. It took half an hour to get thru the drive thru line. I ordered a 2 piece meal, leg and thigh. The person working drive thru repeated my order back to me corecctly with the total. When I finally made it to the window to pay they didn't have my order in the system. Had to repeat my order 4 times at the window, twice to the supervisor. Got my order and it's chicken wings. I gave them my order 5 times and it was still wrong. Will not be going back to this location.
