Drive through is usually slow after work but was fast this day even though the speaker to order was really quiet. It was a little hard to hear with the traffic. But, food was good and my kids were fighting over the leftover chicken this morning.
Lived near here for about 4 years and the service has steadily gone down hill. I would suggest going inside to make sure you get the right order a little bit faster.
I was in line inside for 33 minutes. NOTE: with 7 customers. What a waste of time. This business has got to do better!
Never has an order been fulfilled correctly.Then today, third or fourth order since moving here, I get the OLDEST chicken breast I’ve seen (with prevalent restaurant experience) and the soggiest un-seasoned & tasteless fries I’ve ever received. This is by far the worst bojangles I have ever gone to.. and bojangles just so happened to be my favorite restaurant chain… yeah no thanks after this location.
all i know is that this was the only place that I ate from in the last 24 hours, and now I have the runs… and a little uneasy after receiving my cup of “sweet” tea and seeing black specks at the bottom of my drink… need to clean tea urns or ice marker!
This location has long lines at times, but it moves fairly quickly. Food was well cooked and met standard of good Bojangles.
Great location. Always hot and fresh. Customer service is excellent. Had the steak biscuit, cajun fries, and red mountain dew. Breakfast fit for a champion!
Drive thru line was long and slow. They didn't have any ranch, I ordered 3 pieces dark meat and I got 4 wings, and I ordered a large drink and I got a regular size. Probably worst Bojangles Ive been to.
I ask 4 a coffee with milk 2 sugars and the lady at the drive thru, gave me a black coffee no sugar no milk and told me milk was 2 dollars and some change. Then she handed me 7 creams and sugar. Because I ask her was the coffee served in a golden cup and i laughed. These place in n.c. dont no how 2 hand u napkins, straws, or receipts. Lol
Went in yesterday (03/04/2022) around 9 PM ( one hour before closing time…) and after standing at the register for 15/20 seconds, one of the 6 workers that were standing around because they were not busy told me that they were doing drive thru only. This isn’t the first time this location has “shut down” the inside over an hour before closing time. It comes across as lazy. I had stopped going to this location because of similar issues in the past. I won’t be going back to this location, there are many better ran Bojangles in the area.
