Went through the drive through and ordered a 2 piece dinner. The biscuit was cold and hard and just fell to pieces, the chicken was Luke warm .. horrible service. Not the first time this has happened, just thought bojangle in this store would get it together.
I had the best experience here this morning! My car died literally in front of the pick up window with a long line of customers from the breakfast rush behind me. Every single Bojangles employee was so kind and patient and several employees and a customer immediately jumped in to help. Tayisha, another employee and a customer pushed my car out of the way & gave me a jump, other employees came out to take money and deliver food so no one was waiting, and they even comforted ME when I was holding up their day! They could not possibly have been any kinder, and I really appreciate the amazing customer service!!!
I didn't like their SPICY FOOD!! I'm not into SPICY FOOD at all!! The Cashier should tell you that all their Food is SPICY!! MEGA Turn off!! You can request Non SPICY!!
This is another place that we always went to eat, but on April 7, 2022, they treated us badly, they did not want to give me the food as I asked for it, only because the manager ANGELA who works there did not want to give it to me. She is the worst manager I have ever met. Most ridiculous lady. they should fire her. ??
Excellent Customer Service
The place gets busy. It's loud and fast paced. Mistakes happen. To the employee(s) at this location who put sixteen chicken fingers into our order of eight, we salute you. My children have never had more chicken fingers than they could possibly eat at one sitting, and they were overjoyed. They were still singing your praises as they ate leftover chicken fingers the next day. They thank you from the bottom of their little glitter encrusted hearts. We shall return!!
Always get the order right. Sometimes they know our order before we can finish. Very friendly and remembers their customers
The drive through wait time is significantly better, I'm sure it has a lot to do with the guy standing outside of the window helping pass the orders. I don't remember his name, but he definitely deserves a raise. Also, Our food was hot and fresh.
We ordered the family bucket thing and asked the guy to give is something he would recommend as the side items, his answer was" I don't eat that stuff"That was the sign for us to run away, but made the mistake of going forward with the order.The whole meal was disgusting and I realized what he meant ??
This Bojangles used to be a gem. You would think they would would've gotten better with Popeyes popping up next door, but the don't seem up for the challenge. It's bojays the food is what you expect and unlike KFC, they seem to always have chicken. The staff always seems distracted which causes you to sit at the window checking your food. They get the order correct about 75% of the time which is good for fast food in Durham.
