Every member of our dinner party loved their entree (Lamb Bolognese, Honey-Glazed Lamb Loin, Lamb Burger, and Joyce Farms Chicken). We will be back!

The four of us were in Durham for a concert and only had time for lunch. We chose the Bleu Olive because of it's proximatey to our hotel. Boy, did we luck out1 The menu was wonderfully diverse and delicious, the wine list was excellent, and the service impeccable!! Will definitely be back for dinner when back in town!!!
The service was very good, as was the food. The pesky flies buzzing our food were not. My friends and I usually go to Bleu Olive, as it's consistently good. It's a tad pricey...
The food was okay but we got sick afterwards. Server was pleasant but not that attentive. She never asked if I wanted another drink. The mushroom linguini with Gorgonzola tasted good the first bite but then it was awful. Calamari was a little undercooked. Lamb loin was awesome. Server kindly took the linguini off our bill but didnât tell us she was doing so or ask if I wanted a replacement dish. Overall it was a disappointment after all the great reviews we had read.
Our server was very good. We ate outside, so the ambiance and noise level were fine. The food was a disappointment. The lamb bolognese was very oversalted. I've eaten at Bleu Olive a number of times and have never experienced such a problem. I would recommend with qualifications.
